A high-strength galvanized steel sheet includes a steel sheet containing a predetermined component element, a mass ratio of a content amount of Si to a content amount of Mn in the steel (Si/Mn) being 0.2 or more, and a steel structure in which an average grain size of inclusions existing in an area extending from a surface to a position of ⅓ of a sheet thickness is 50 μm or less, and an average nearest distance between ones of the inclusions is 20 μm or more; and a galvanized layer provided on a surface of the steel sheet, in which an amount of diffusible hydrogen contained in the steel is less than 0.25 mass ppm, oxides containing predetermined elements in an outer layer portion of the steel sheet account for 0.010 g/m.sup.2 or more per one surface, and a tensile strength is 1100 MPa or more.

High-strength hot rolled steel sheet and method for manufacturing the same
A method of manufacturing a high-strength hot rolled steel sheet by hot rolling a steel having a chemical composition including, by mass %: C: more than 0.010% and not more than 0.06%, Si: not more than 0.3%, Mn: not more than 0.8%, P: not more than 0.03%, S: not more than 0.02%, Al: not more than 0.1%, N: not more than 0.01% and Ti: 0.05 to 0.10%, the balance including Fe and inevitable impurities, including: after the steel is heated to an austenite single phase region, the steel is finish rolled at a finishing delivery temperature of 860 C. to 1050 C., the steel sheet is cooled at an average cooling rate of not less than 30 C./s in a temperature range of from a temperature after the completion of the finish rolling to 750 C., and the steel sheet is coiled into a coil at a coiling temperature of 580 C. to 700 C.

A process for producing hot-rolled steel strip with a tensile strength of between 760 and 940 MPa and a steel produced therewith, suitable for producing parts by working such as press forming, bending or stretch flanging.
Preparation method of oriented high silicon steel
The preparation method includes steps of (1) melting steel according to in weight percentage 0.001-0.003% of C, 5.0-6.6% of Si, 0.2-0.3% of Mn, 0.05-0.12% of Al, 0.01-0.04% of V, 0.03-0.06% of Nb, 0.02-0.03% of S, 0.009-0.020% of N, O which is less than or equal to 0.0020%, and the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities; (2) forming cast strips after a thin-strip casting course; (3) hot-rolling the cast strips under inert atmosphere conditions; (4) cooling the hot-rolled cast strips to 550-600 DEG C., coiling and performing low-temperature hot rolling/warm rolling on the coiled cast strips under a nitrogen atmosphere condition; (5) removing oxidized scales though pickling, performing cold rolling multiple times; (6) performing recrystallization annealing, coating with an MgO layer, and coiling; (7) performing purification annealing under hydrogen circulation conditions; and (8) removing oxidized scales, coating with an insulating layer, performing flat stretch annealing, and air-cooled coiling.
Low density steel having good drawability
A cold-rolled and annealed ferritic steel sheet is provided. The steel has a composition comprising, expressed by weight: 0.001C0.15%; Mn1%; Si1.5%; 7.5%AI10%; 0.020%Ti0.5%; S0.050%; and P0.1%.
A balance of the composition includes iron and inevitable impurities resulting from the smelting. The structure includes kappa () precipitates and equiaxed ferrite, an average grain size d of the equiaxed ferrite is less than 50 microns, and a linear fraction f of intergranular precipitates is less than 30%. The linear fraction f is defined by
.sub.(A)di denotes the total length of grain boundaries containing precipitates relative to an area (A) and .sub.(A)Li denotes the total length of the grain boundaries relative to the area (A). A content of carbon in solid solution is less than 0.005% by weight, and the cold-rolled and annealed ferritic steel sheet has a thickness between 0.6 mm and 1.5 mm. A skin part or structural part for the automotive field is also provided.
