METHOD OF PRODUCING HIGH-STRENGTH HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET
To obtain a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface appearance even in the case where a steel strip containing Mn at a predetermined ratio or more to Si is subjected to hot-dip galvanizing treatment, a method of producing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet using a continuous hot-dip galvanizing apparatus comprises: subjecting a steel strip to annealing, by conveying it in an annealing furnace; and subjecting the steel strip discharged from a cooling zone to hot-dip galvanizing using a hot-dip galvanizing line, to obtain a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The steel strip has a chemical composition containing, in mass %, Mn: 1.7% or more and 3.5% or less and Si: 0.2% or more and 1.05% or less and satisfying [Si]/[Mn]≤0.30. The chemical composition, a dew point of an atmosphere in the soaking zone, and a delivery temperature of the heating zone satisfy Formula (1).
Continuous hot dip galvanizing apparatus
A continuous hot-dip galvanizing apparatus has a vertical annealing furnace, one or more hearth rolls, a hot-dip galvanizing apparatus, an alloying line, and humidified gas supply ports. When the steel sheet having a Si content of 0.2 mass % or more is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the humidified gas supply ports positioned in a latter part of the soaking zone supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone. When the steel sheet having a Si content of less than 0.2 mass % is conveyed inside the annealing furnace, the plurality of the humidified gas supply ports do not supply the humidified gas to the soaking zone and the at least one dry gas supply port supplies the dry gas to the soaking zone.

A continuous annealing line 100 comprises: a payoff reel 10 configured to uncoil a cold-rolled coil C to feed a cold-rolled steel sheet S; an annealing furnace 20 configured to continuously anneal the cold-rolled steel sheet S and including a heating zone 22, a soaking zone 24, and a cooling zone 26 that are arranged from an upstream side in a sheet passing direction; a downstream line 30 configured to continuously pass the cold-rolled steel sheet S discharged from the annealing furnace 20 therethrough; a tension reel 50 configured to coil the cold-rolled steel sheet S; and a sound wave irradiator 60 configured to irradiate the cold-rolled steel sheet S being passed from the cooling zone 26 to the tension reel 50 with sound waves.

The present disclosure relates to a heat treatment method and a heat treatment furnace that enable characteristics on an equal level to those when bluing processing is performed to be obtained without the bluing processing being performed in stress-relief annealing of a motor core. A heat treatment method according to one aspect is a heat treatment method in stress-relief annealing of a motor core. The heat treatment method includes an annealing step of annealing the motor core by using an exothermic converted gas as a furnace atmospheric gas, and a cooling step of cooling the motor core obtained in the annealing step, by using an exothermic converted gas as a furnace atmospheric gas, in a temperature range from a temperature in the annealing step to 500° C. at a cooling rate exceeding 600° C. per hour.
