Electrodeposition coating method and electrodeposition coating apparatus

An electrodeposition coating method includes a degreasing/cleaning step, a chemical conversion step, and an electrodeposition coating layer formation step. The degreasing/cleaning step includes a degreasing step of ultrasonically vibrating a degreasing solution in which a target object is immersed, using an ultrasonic vibrator. The electrodeposition coating layer formation step includes: a first electrodeposition step; a first rinsing step; a rinse water removal/reduction step of removing or reducing rinse water on a rinse water stagnating surface of the target object; a thermal flow step of allowing the first electrodeposition coating film to thermally flow so that the first electrodeposition coating film formed on a portion of the target object near a first counter electrode has a higher electrical resistance than the first electrodeposition coating film formed on a portion of the target object far from the first counter electrode; and a second electrodeposition step.

A method for preparing a three-dimensional chitosan/silver composite scaffold includes mixing an acidic aqueous chitosan solution including protonated chitosan and a deposition accelerating agent being a soluble silver salt, spacedly disposing a cathode and an anode in the resultant suspension, and applying an electric field to the cathode and the anode so that the suspension undergoes electrodeposition. The suspension has a protonated chitosan concentration ranging from 0.7 to 2.8 w/v %, and a molarity of silver ions ranging from 4 to 60 mM. The composite scaffold prepared has columnar through-holes extending in a same extension direction and each having opposite first and second openings with the latter not less in width.

ELECTRODEPOSITION COATED ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME

A method for producing an electrodeposition coated article, in which an insulating film is formed by forming an insulating layer on a surface of an article to be coated according to an electrodeposition method by using an electrodeposition coating material, and then by performing a baking treatment, the electrodeposition coating material contains a solvent containing polyamide imide and an organic solvent added to the electrodeposition coating material, a boiling point of the organic solvent is higher than 100° C., and a Hansen solubility parameter is similar to the polyamide imide and has high compatibility.
