Electrospinning apparatus and method for manufacturing separator-integrated electrode
According to one embodiment, an electrospinning apparatus deposits a fiber on an electrode. The apparatus includes a transport section and a fiber deposition section. The transport section transports electrodes. The fiber deposition section deposits the fiber on first and second surfaces of the electrodes. The electrodes include coated and uncoated portions. The transport section transports the electrodes in a third direction in the fiber deposition section. The electrodes include first and second electrodes. The first electrode is positioned at one end in the second direction and transported so that the uncoated portion of the first electrode protrudes toward the one end side. The second electrode is positioned at other end in the second direction and transported so that the uncoated portion of the second electrode protrudes toward the other end side.
DEVICE FOR COLLECTING BAGWORM SILK THREAD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING LONG BAGWORM SILK THREAD
An object of the present invention is to develop: a method of efficiently producing a long bagworm silk thread without slack of reeling during collection while preventing a change in the spinning direction and the runaway of the bagworm from a rail, and alleviating a burden on the bagworm; and an apparatus for implementing the thread-producing method. Provided is an apparatus for producing a bagworm silk thread, including: a movable loop-shaped rail configured to move in the longitudinal direction and to be held by the legs of a bagworm; a fixator configured to fix the bagworm; and an adhesion controller configured to store an adhesion control solution for washing away or removing a gummy component from the bagworm silk thread spun on the movable loop-shaped rail, wherein the apparatus makes it possible to cumulate the bagworm silk thread spun on the movable loop-shaped rail.
ROLLER SURFACE
The present invention relates to the surface adaptation of a roller to be employed in the production of cellulose filament yarns.
Method and apparatus for manufacturing carbon fibers
A method and apparatus for manufacturing a carbon fiber. Pressure is applied to a filament to change a cross-sectional shape of the filament and create a plurality of distinct surfaces on the filament. The filament is converted into a graphitic carbon fiber having the plurality of distinct surfaces. A plurality of sizings is applied to the plurality of distinct surfaces of the graphitic carbon fiber in which the plurality of sizings includes at least two different sizings.
IMPROVED SPUNBOND SYSTEM AND PROCESS
A system and method for providing a plurality of fibers from a spinneret; subjecting the fibers to quench air; attenuating the fibers through a closed stretching unit; reducing a velocity of the plurality of fibers in a diffuser that is spaced apart from an exit of the closed stretching unit in a direction of travel of the fibers, the diffuser having opposed diverging sidewalls; and subjecting the fibers to an applied electrostatic charge before the fibers enter the diffuser, wherein the electrostatic charge is applied by one or more electrostatic charging units.
Device for guiding fibre tows through oxidation furnaces
The invention relates to an apparatus for passing at least one fiber tow multiple times through an oxidation furnace by means of godets, the at least one fiber tow being diverted via at least one godet that is arranged offset. According to the invention, the godet comprises a shaft on which at least two single rollers are arranged to be mounted, each single roller being arranged so as to be rotatable on the shaft.
MANUFACTURING STEP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MANUFACTURING STEP MANAGEMENT DEVICE, MANUFACTURING STEP MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND PROGRAM
A manufacturing step management system includes: a support member configured to come into contact with a workpiece that moves in a state in which tension is applied and to support the workpiece; an acquirer configured to acquire information about variance of a mechanical change on the basis of the mechanical change in the support member; and an estimator configured to estimate the tension applied to the workpiece.
Spinning device and method for spinning up a spinning device, and spin-up device
The invention shows a spin-up device (11, 51) and a method for spinning up a spinning device (1, 101) for the continuous extrusion of molded bodies (3) from a spinning solution (6), containing a solvent and cellulose dissolved in the solvent, wherein the molded bodies are extruded from the spinning solution (6) through spinnerets (7) of the spinning device (1, 101) in the form of a loose spinning curtain (2), the molded bodies (3) of the loose spinning curtain (2) are combined into a molded body bundle (4) after the extrusion, and the molded body bundle (4) is, in a further step, fed to a draw-off member (10) of the spinning device (1, 101) in order to start a continuous extrusion of the molded bodies (3). In order to make the spin-up method simpler in terms of process technology and more reproducible, it is proposed to increase the tensile strength of at least some areas of the molded bodies (3) of the loose spinning curtain (2) after their extrusion and before combining them into a molded body bundle (4).
