CARDER
A carder has a drum formed as a hollow cylinder having a drum wall, a longitudinal axis, a circumference, an outer surface, a length, and a clothing provided on the outer surface. Working elements are arranged relative to the outer surface of the drum. Stub axles or a continuous axle is formed along the longitudinal axis of the drum and connected to the drum wall by spokes or disks. One or more acceleration sensors that measures structure-borne sound are mounted on one or more of: a side of the drum wall facing the longitudinal axis, the stub axles, the continuous axle, the spoked, or the disks within the length of the drum.
CARDER
A carder includes a machine frame, a controller, and a drum provided with a clothing on an outer surface thereof. Working elements are disposed relative to the outer surface of the drum. The drum includes two stub axles or a continuous axial along a longitudinal axis thereof, the continuous axle having a first end and an opposite second end and each of the stub axles having an outer end face. An acceleration sensor that measures structure-borne sound is mounted on the end face of at least one of the stub axles or on the first end of the continuous axle.
Carding apparatus and carding method
A carding apparatus (2) and a carding method for producing a card web (12) are based on the carding apparatus (2) including a web forming device (5) for creating a preliminary web (3), followed by a web layering apparatus (7) which is followed by a card (6), and a controllable or adjustable profiling device (8). The profiling device (8) precedes or is associated with the web layering apparatus (7). The profiling device (8) is used for profiling the preliminary web (3) in order to preventively compensate for peripheral bulges in the card web (12) discharged by the card (6).
Carding apparatus and carding method
A carding apparatus (2) and a carding method for producing a card web (12) are based on the carding apparatus (2) including a web forming device (5) for creating a preliminary web (3), followed by a web layering apparatus (7) which is followed by a card (6), and a controllable or adjustable profiling device (8). The profiling device (8) precedes or is associated with the web layering apparatus (7). The profiling device (8) is used for profiling the preliminary web (3) in order to preventively compensate for peripheral bulges in the card web (12) discharged by the card (6).

Each bearing bolt has a bearing bolt axis, a fastening portion, a moving portion, and a contact surface for contact with the flexible bend. The contact surface is formed by a surface that spirals around the bearing bolt axis.
