WORKSTATION OF AN AIR-SPINNING MACHINE, AND THREAD-GUIDING ELEMENT
The invention relates to a thread-guiding element and to a workstation of an air-spinning machine, the workstation comprising an air-spinning device for spinning a thread from a supplied sliver, a thread-guiding unit, which is downstream of the air-spinning device and has an inlet opening for receiving the thread exiting from the outlet opening of the air-spinning device and a thread guide channel for conducting at least the air-spun thread coming from the air-spinning device, and a thread-guiding element for arranging between the outlet opening of the air-spinning device and the inlet opening of the thread-guiding unit. In order to provide a workstation of an air-spinning machine and a thread-guiding element for use at a workstation of a spinning machine, more particularly an air-spinning machine, which ensure that a thread end is reliably returned to the spinning device, it is provided that the thread-guiding element a channel body having a through-channel, which channel body has: a connection section, which is designed for connection to the spinning device and is provided for arranging a first open end of the through-channel in the area of the outlet opening of the spinning device; and an end section, which can be arranged facing the inlet opening, wherein the end section, in order to receive a thread exiting from the inlet opening, is matched to a contour of the thread-guiding unit surrounding the inlet opening.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GUIDING FIBERS
A fiber guide that guides fibers in a fiber processing system. The fiber guide has a surface having apertures through which fibers can pass in a direction from an upstream side of the surface to a downstream side of the surface. The apertures include at least one pair of apertures adjacent to and spaced from one another. The inlet of the first aperture is offset from the inlet of the second aperture. The offset is in the direction in which the fibers pass from the upstream side of the surface to the downstream side of the surface. A distance (d1) between the inlet of the first aperture and the inlet of the second aperture is larger than a distance (d2) between the first aperture and the second aperture measured transverse to the direction in which the fibers can pass.
THREAD DRAW-OFF NOZZLE AND OPEN-END SPINNING DEVICE HAVING A THREAD DRAW-OFF NOZZLE
An open-end spinning device having a thread draw-off nozzle and a thread draw-off nozzle for an open-end spinning device, the thread draw-off nozzle having a thread-guiding surface which extends between an entry opening and a draw-off opening and which tapers in the shape of a funnel toward the draw-off opening. In order to provide a thread draw-off nozzle and an open-end spinning device having a thread draw-off nozzle which allows controlled production of the thread, the thread draw-off nozzle has a blocking element, which protrudes from the thread-guiding surface and which has a thread stop surface designed such that the thread stop surface blocks a thread from circulating over the thread-guiding surface.
Method for depositing a yarn end on a bobbin in a defined manner, a device and a spinning and winding machine for performing the method
A method for depositing a yarn end on a bobbin wound on a tube in a defined manner during winding of yarn on the bobbin at a workstation of a spinning and winding machine includes terminating spinning production of the yarn at the workstation to create a yarn end. The yarn end is then prepared with working devices at the workstation, including rotating the bobbin in a direction opposite to a winding direction during production of the yarn. A yarn reserve is formed, and the yarn end is then deposited in a defined manner on the tube outside of the profile of a standard yarn package.
Method for depositing a yarn end on a bobbin in a defined manner, a device and a spinning and winding machine for performing the method
A method for depositing a yarn end of a yarn on a bobbin wound on a tube in a defined manner during winding of yarn on the bobbin at a workstation of a spinning and winding machine includes detecting the yarn end on the bobbin via an attending device. After detecting the yarn end, the yarn end is passed to devices at the workstation, and with the devices at the workstation, the yarn end is directed in a defined manner outside of a profile of a standard yarn package wound on the bobbin prior to the yarn end being deposited onto the tube outside of the yarn package profile.
Method for a textile machine, and a textile machine
A textile machine and associated operational method are provided, wherein the textile machine has a plurality of workstations for (a) delivering a thread to a bobbin, (b) laying the thread on the bobbin, (c) winding the thread on the bobbin, and (d) finding a thread end wound on the bobbin with a suction nozzle. The thread is run through the suction nozzle during delivery to the bobbin such that the thread enters an inlet mouth in the suction nozzle and exits the suction nozzle through an extraction mouth. Starting from a thread delivery device at the workstation, the thread is run freely until the thread enters the inlet mouth of the suction nozzle directly in front of the bobbin. For finding of the thread end wound on the bobbin, the thread end is sucked into the suction nozzle through the extraction mouth.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A YARN
A method of producing at least one yarn formed by spinning at least two individual fibers, comprising the following steps: providing at least two individual fibers, to be spun to form the at least one yarn to be produced, feeding the at least two provided fibers to a spinning device comprising at least one spindle element or bobbin element via a guide device comprising a plurality of, in particular cylinder-like or cylindrical, guide elements, spinning the fed fibers in the spinning device, forming the at least one yarn to be produced, wherein the at least two individual fibers are fed to the spinning device via at least two separate, in particular cylinder-like or cylindrical, guide elements that are arranged such that they are spatially separated from one another in at least one spatial direction.
