A process is provided of yarn spinning and/or twisting, in which a yarn runs between a yarn feeder towards a yarn picker. A driver rotates the yarn picker at a predetermined speed, in which a stretch of balloon is generated in a point located between the yarn feeder and the yarn picker by the presence of a ring. A helical path with oscillating spiral diameters exists between the yarn feeder and the yarn picker, so that the path of the yarn through the ring, creates a body of revolution from a diameter generating a balloon that has at least a hyperboloid structure forming at least two stretches of balloons consecutive to each other. A machine for performing the process is also provided.
METHOD FOR TRANSFORMING A YARN SPINNING AND/OR TWISTING MACHINE AND MODIFIED YARN SPINNING AND/OR TWISTING MACHINE RESULTING FROM SAID METHOD
A method for transforming a yarn spinning and/or twisting machine and the yarn spinning and/or twisting machine modified according to the method to increase the height (h) of the balloon region zone (a), between the upper and lower ends thereof is provided. In order to provide the zone with two or more balloon regions (a), with means for feeding (1) the thread (2) using conventional upper guides (3), and means for tensing (4) and rolling (5) the thread (2) onto a lower collection reel (6), includes elimination of the conventional guide means (3); and the incorporation of an additional guide accessory (3′) immediately after the feed means (1), including for example, of a clip (30) or a set of rollers (32) optionally with a conveyor belt (33).
PROCESS FOR SPINNING AND/OR TWISTING YARNS, MACHINE FOR SPINNING AND/OR TWISTING YARNS AND METHOD TO TRANSFORM A MACHINE FOR SPINNING AND/OR TWISTING YARNS
A process of yarn spinning and/or twisting, in which a yarn runs between a yarn feeding means (1) towards a yarn picking means is provided. A driving means rotates the yarn picking means at a predetermined speed, in which a stretch of balloon is generated in a point located between the feeding means (1) and the picking means by the presence of twisting means. A helical path with oscillating spiral diameters exists between the yarn feeding means (1) and the yarn picking means, so that the path of the yarn, by the operation of the twisting means, creates a body of revolution from a diameter generating a balloon that has at least a hyperboloid structure (E) forming at least two stretches of balloons (B) consecutive to each other. A machine for performing the process is also provided.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING LEAKS AND/OR BLOCKAGES IN A SPINNING UNIT OF A SPINNING DEVICE OF A ROTOR OR AIR-JET SPINNING MACHINE
A method and apparatus for detecting leaks and/or blockages in a spinning unit of a spinning apparatus of a spinning machine. The method can comprise: setting the spinning machine wherein compressed air valves are set to an open state to release a compressed air flow feed to the spinning unit, switching on a compressed air source provided that the compressed air source is switched off, closing the compressed air valves one after the other in a defined order, wherein each time a compressed air valve is closed, the compressed air flow value is measured and transmitted to an evaluation device and assigned to the spinning unit assigned to the air valve and is compared with a specified limit value or limit value range, and identifying and assessing whether compressed air flow values of which deviate from the limit value or limit value range.
Gripper, twisting head and twisting device
A gripper for electrical or optical lines (24, 24) such as wires, cables, line bundles, optical fibers has two gripper jaws (22, 22) movable relative to a counterbearing as well as relative to one another. Twisting heads (4) for twisting apparatuses for the lines (24, 24) are equipped with such grippers. The gripper and the twisting head (4) and the twisting apparatus are provided with a drive arrangement including at least one adjustable-force drive (17) that acts via a link chain (15, 19, 19, 20, 20) on gripper jaw (22, 22). The link chain (15, 19, 19, 20, 20) in this case has a section (19, 19) movable parallel to the drive (17), but in the opposite direction of movement.
