ALLOY FILAMENT AND SIMPLE YARN BLENDING EQUIPMENT AND PROCESS
The present disclosure discloses alloy filament and simple yarn blending equipment and a process, and belongs to the technical field of textiles. The equipment comprises a machine head, a machine body, a machine tail, and a computer control box arranged on one side of the machine head; and an upper roller, a first covering spindle, a second covering spindle, a heat setting box, a lower roller, and a winding device are sequentially arranged in the machine body from top to bottom. The equipment is technically modified through the solution to achieve completion of the procedures such as covering, twisting, spooling and the like of the yarn on one piece of equipment, the yarn is integrally formed, the process is the first in China, and is equivalent to a chip in the spinning industry, the labor as well as time and energy are saved, and economic efficiency is greatly improved.
ANTIBACTERIAL TEXTILE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
An antibacterial textile and a preparation method thereof are provided. The antibacterial textile provides advantages as followings: various sources for raw material ingredients; low cost and good antibacterial effect; safe and eco-friendly; simple in preparation method; and easy operation. Therefore, the present invention is widely applicable in industrial production.
Method for manufacturing gold thread with no drawing-induced inconsistency, and gold thread manufactured by same
A method for manufacturing a gold thread by spirally twisting together a plurality of gold rods. The method comprises passing a gold drawing material through a die aperture to form gold rods. Winding at least two of the gold rods on at least two gold rod receiving rollers. Receiving the gold rods from the receiving rollers and twisting the gold rods to form a gold thread. Winding the gold thread on a gold thread receiving roller and supplying the gold thread from the gold thread receiving roller to a cutter and cutting the gold thread into a certain length.
Antiviral articles
Provided is a textile made of filament yarn comprising a polymer composition that is durable and reusable having permanent or near-permanent antiviral properties and that includes a polymer, a metal ion, preferably a zinc and/or copper ion, and an optional phosphorus compound, wherein fibers and/or fabric formed from the polymer composition demonstrate antiviral properties and wherein the polymer is hygroscopic. The present disclosure also describes methods of forming the polymer compositions and methods of preparing fibers from the polymer composition.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ANTIMICROBIAL YARNS AND FABRICS BY NANOPARTICLE IMPREGNATION
The invention relates to a method for producing an antimicrobial fabric or yarn, said method comprising the steps of immersing a fabric or yarn in an aqueous solution of a metal salt whilst simultaneously subjecting said solution to ultrasonic radiation; and removing the fabric or yarn from said solution and subsequently converting the metal salt in situ in the fabric or yarn into metal oxide nanoparticles, preferably via chemical and heat treatment. Fabrics and yarns obtained or obtainable by such method are also provided. In a further aspect the invention provides an apparatus for performing such method.
AIR TREATMENT APPARATUS
Provided is an air treatment apparatus comprising an air flow generator arranged to generate an air flow, a moisture source arranged to introduce water vapour into the air flow, a body that in use surrounds both air flow generator and the moisture source, and a water supply system arranged to provide water to the moisture source. The water supply system comprises a water tank assembly separable from the body, the water tank assembly comprising a water tank, a water supply pipe arranged to convey water from water tank, and an ultraviolet light source arranged to irradiate the water passing through the water supply pipe. The water tank comprises a tank opening and the water tank assembly further comprises a removable tank cap that is arranged to fit over the tank opening, with the ultraviolet light source and the water supply pipe being provided on the removable tank cap.
SPUN YARN, AND YARN AND CLOTH INCLUDING SPUN YARN
A spun yarn that includes at least a first short fiber that is a piezoelectric fiber that generates a potential by applied external energy, and that has a length of 800 mm or less. The spun yarn preferably includes a plurality of short fibers that are twisted together with each other.
Polyamide fabric enhancing body warming
The invention provides a polyamide yarn and fabric for making clothes articles which have deodorizing effect and which enhance warming and drying on the skin of the wearer.
THREAD
A thread that includes a first fiber having at least one groove extending in a length direction thereof; and at least one second fiber constructed to generate a potential by external energy. The second fiber is disposed in a region corresponding to the groove of the first fiber such that a space is between the groove of the first fiber and the second fiber.
YARNS AND FIBERS OF POLY(BUTYLENE SUCCINATE) AND COPOLYMERS THEREOF, AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Resorbable implants comprising poly(butylene succinate) and copolymers thereof have been developed. The implants are preferably sterilized, and contain less than 20 endotoxin units per device as determined by the limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) assay, and are particularly suitable for use in procedures where prolonged strength retention is necessary, and can include one or more bioactive agents. The implants may be made from fibers and meshes of poly(butylene succinate) and copolymers thereof, or by 3d printing, and the fibers may be oriented. Coverings and receptacles made from forms of poly(butylene succinate) and copolymers thereof have also been developed for use with cardiac rhythm management devices and other implantable devices. These coverings and receptacles may be used to hold, or partially/fully cover, devices such as pacemakers and neurostimulators. The coverings and receptacles are made from meshes, webs, lattices, non-wovens, films, fibers, and foams, and contain antibiotics such as rifampin and minocycline.
