CONDUCTIVE YARN AND ARTICLE HAVING WIRING LINE THAT IS FORMED OF CONDUCTIVE YARN
[Problem] To provide a conductive yarn which has conductivity that exhibits durability in terms of deformation and tensile force, while being free from the occurrence of twisting or slacking during sewing. The present invention is capable of providing an article that is provided with a flexible wiring line having a free shape by means of an easy method of sewing.
[Solution] A conductive yarn which is characterized by comprising a non-twisted high-strength filament yarn, a first conductive filament yarn that covers the high-strength filament yarn with a Z twist, and a second conductive filament yarn that covers the high-strength filament yarn with an S twist. In addition, an article which has a wiring line that is formed of this conductive yarn.
Flexible electroluminescent fiber for embroidery
A flexible electroluminescent fiber for embroidery sequentially includes: metal core wires, a light-emitting layer, a transparent conductive layer, a filament, and a protective paint, wherein a quantity of the metal core wires is an even number, and the metal core wires are pasted together before being wrapped by the light-emitting layer; the light-emitting layer is coated with the transparent conductive layer; the protective paint and the filament are exterior to the transparent conductive layer; the metal core wires emit light through energizing; a diameter of the electroluminescent fiber is 0.1-0.3 mm, and a 20-36V safe voltage is applied for emitting light. The flexible electroluminescent fiber of the present invention has sufficient tensile force, and smooth and soft surface. Appearance and hand feeling of the present invention are the same as those of clothing textile fibers.
Polyester yarn for industrial sewing thread and preparing method thereof
A type of polyester yarn for an industrial sewing thread and preparing method thereof are provided. The preparing method is composed of a viscosity enhancing by a solid state polycondensation and a melt spinning for a modified polyester, and the modified polyester is a product of esterification and polycondensation of evenly mixed terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, tert-butyl branched dicarboxylic acid, trimethylsilyl branched diol and a doped Sb.sub.2O.sub.3 powder, wherein the tert-butyl branched dicarboxylic acid is selected from the group consisting of 5-tert-butyl-1,3-benzoic acid, 2-tert-butyl-1,6-hexanedioic acid, 3-tert-butyl-1,6-hexanedioic acid and 2,5-di-tert-butyl-1,6-hexanedioic acid. Moreover, the modified polyester is dispersed with a doped ZrO.sub.2 powder. An obtained fiber has an intrinsic viscosity drop of 23-28% when stored at 25° C. and R.H. 65% for 60 months.

Surface skin, molded product, and vehicle seat
A surface skin with which a foamed body is integrally foam-molded and which covers the foamed body includes: a plurality of surface skin members; a first thread passing through at least a part of a needle hole extended through the surface skin members so as to sew the surface skin members together; and a second thread inter-looping or interlacing with the first thread so as to sew the surface skin members together in cooperation with the first thread. The first thread is threaded through an eye of a needle. The second thread is formed by warp weaving or braiding polyester or nylon fiber pieces and is stretchable enough to fill in the needle hole.

SURFACE SKIN, MOLDED PRODUCT, AND VEHICLE SEAT
A surface skin with which a foamed body is integrally foam-molded and which covers the foamed body includes: a surface skin member; a first thread passing through at least a part of a needle hole extended through the surface skin members so as to sew the surface skin members together; and a second thread inter-looping or interlacing with the first thread so as to sew the surface skin members together in cooperation with the first thread. The first thread is threaded through an eye of a needle. The second thread is formed by warp weaving or braiding polyester or nylon fiber pieces and is stretchable enough to fill in the needle hole.
CONDUCTIVE YARN/SEWING THREAD CAPABLE OF DATA/SIGNAL TRANSMISSION HAVING REDUCED OR ELIMINATED CROSSTALK, AND SMART FABRIC, AND GARMENT MADE THEREFROM
A conductive composite yarn capable of signal or data transmission with minimized crosstalk having: a core formed of at least two metallic strands, wherein the at least two strands of electrically conductive metal are configured such that one strand is wrapped around the other strand, wherein: at least one inner cover wrapped around the core in a first direction at a rate sufficient to provide substantially complete coverage of the core by the inner cover; at least one outer cover wrapped around the at least one inner cover, wherein the outer cover is wrapped in a second direction opposite to a direction of a cover layer on which the outer cover is directly wrapped, at a rate sufficient to provide substantially complete cover of the cover layer; at least one bonding agent applied onto the at least one outer cover; and optionally, a lubricant.
GARMENT MULTILAYERED-LINING SEWING PROCESS
This disclosure relates to a sewing process of a breathable, reusable, and leak-proof garment multilayered-lining having absorbent, antimicrobial, waterproofing, and steam dispersion functions. Such lining aims at preventing body fluids such as sweat, blood, vaginal fluids, menstrual fluid, urine, breast milk, or post-surgical fluids from leaking. Such a lining provides the absorbent, antimicrobial, waterproofing, and steam dispersion functions. The lining may be sewed or adhered to the garment piece including: men's and women's underwear, shorts, short pants, skirts, pants, bras, shirts, T-shirts, jumpsuits, body shapers, dresses, men's and women's nightwear, etc. The sewing process creates channels for the liquid and creates a non-linear U-shaped structure on the lining to prevent leakage from the sides. The disclosed lining also has a reduced number of layers on its sides due to one of its layers being smaller in width than the other layers, making the coating thinner for the wearer.
STITCHING YARN AND NCF FABRIC CONTANING SUCH YARN
The present disclosure relates to a stitching yarn and non-crimp fabrics containing such yarn. The stitching yarn described herein is a multifilament stitching yarn characterized by two or more of the following properties: (a) comprises a plurality of polymeric fibers, (b) has a linear density of less than or equal to 80 dtex, (c) has a filament count of less than or equal to 0.8 times the dtex value of the stitching yarn, or (d) has a twist of less than 200 revolutions per meter (r/m). The present disclosure also relates to a fiber preform, composite material, and composite article containing the non-crimp fabric.
