Yarn tensioning system and method for keeping a yarn which is taken from a yarn storage system to a yarn take-off system of a weaving machine under tension
Disclosed is a yarn tensioning system for keeping at least one yarn, which is taken from a yarn storage system to a yarn take-off system of a weaving machine, under tension. The system includes a brake roller around which the yarn is at least partially wound, and a motor for supplying a torque to the brake roller, the motor being actuable in generator operation to keep the yarn under tension between the brake roller and the yarn take-off system. Also disclosed is a weaving machine including such a yarn tensioning system, as well as a method for keeping at least one yarn under tension, the at least one yarn being taken from a yarn storage system to a yarn take-off system.
YARN TENSIONING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR KEEPING A YARN WHICH IS TAKEN FROM A YARN STORAGE SYSTEM TO A YARN TAKE-OFF SYSTEM OF A WEAVING MACHINE UNDER TENSION
The present invention relates to a yarn tensioning system for keeping at least one yarn, which is taken from a yarn storage system to a yarn take-off system of a weaving machine, under tension. The system includes a brake roller around which the yarn is at least partially wound, and a motor for supplying a torque to the brake roller, the motor being actuable in generator operation to keep the yarn under tension between the brake roller and the yarn take-off system. In addition, the present invention relates to a weaving machine comprising such a yarn tensioning system, as well as a method for keeping at least one yarn under tension, the at least one yarn being taken from a yarn storage system to a yarn take-off system.
WARPING MACHINE FOR A ROPE AND CORRESPONDING METHOD
The invention relates to a warping machine (1) for a rope (3) made of a plurality of yarns (5), comprising a support structure (25), a bobbin (9) onto which said rope is warped, wherein said bobbin is mounted on the support structure for rotating around a rotational bobbin axis (R.sub.1) of the bobbin, and a pressure drum (31) rotatably mounted on the support structure for rotating around a rotational drum axis (R.sub.2) for applying pressure onto the rope warped onto the bobbin, wherein said rotational bobbin axis is supported stationary with regard to said support structure and said rotational drum axis is translationally movably mounted on the support structure so that the pressure drum follows an increasing warp thickness on the bobbin.
DIGITAL CREEL SYSTEM
A creel system includes a plurality of tension controller apparatuses that hold spools of wire. The tension controller apparatuses apply tension to the wire and may be manipulated to fine-tune or control the tension applied to the wire. The creel system may further include a plurality of sensors that measure operation of the creel system as well as the condition of the wire. In such embodiments, the creel system may include a user-interface that provides data to the operator in real time and with which the operator may interact to control operation of the creel system.

SENSING APPARATUS FOR YARN FEEDER
A sensing apparatus for yarn feeder may comprise a yarn feeder and a tension controller. The tension controller has an elongated sensing block installed therein, and a horizontal extending board is connected to the sensing block. An operating rod is mounted on a middle upper surface of the extending board at one end and upwardly sticks out of the tension controller to pivotally connect to a tension pulley at the other end. A yarn wound on a winding wheel of the yarn feeder is configured to couple with the tension pulley. At least an impedance sensing piece is attached on a surface of the sensing block, and a deformable hole horizontally penetrates through the sensing block. When the sensing block is pressed or pulled, the tension controller can obtain the tension value of the yarn and further calculate the torsion value of the yarn feeder.
