Light-permeable multi-layer composite film
Light-permeable multilayer composite film made of plastic as the surface coating of an article, wherein the composite film comprises at least one outer, at least partially light-permeable top layer optionally provided with a lacquer and at least one further layer arranged on the back of the top layer, wherein arranged on the back side of the top layer is at least one sheetlike, optically active textile layer, preferably a textile layer comprising threads made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and/or made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), wherein the textile layer has light-transmitting, light-refracting and light-reflecting properties or a combination thereof and the transmission, refraction and reflection properties are such that illumination of the textile layer, in particular back side illumination of the textile layer, results in preferably uniformized light transmission through the top layer.
FLEXIBLE, HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT, FLUID RESISTANT, ABRASION RESISTANT, MULTILAYERED WRAPPABLE TEXTILE SLEEVE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION THEREOF
A wrappable sleeve for routing and protecting an elongate member, against exposure to high temperature, abrasion, fluid ingress, and contamination, has a multilayered wall extending widthwise between opposite edges and extending lengthwise along a longitudinal axis between opposite ends. The wall includes a textile outer layer, a textile inner layer, and an intermediate layer sandwiched between the outer layer and the inner layer. The intermediate layer includes a textile intermediate layer facing the textile inner layer and a silicone-based layer facing the textile outer layer.
Antibacterial nonwoven member, antibacterial nonwoven fabric, and antibacterial buffer material
A nonwoven member that includes a plurality of piezoelectric fibers. The nonwoven member is formed into a cloth by intertwining the plurality of piezoelectric fibers. The nonwoven member inhibits the growth of bacteria due to an electric charge generated when an external force is applied to the piezoelectric fibers.
TEXTILE PRODUCT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a textile product and a method of manufacturing thereof, the textile product being applicable also to a target product having a complicated shape because an electric/electronic function is given to the textile product. The present invention is a textile product manufactured by using a knitted or woven fabric, wherein the knitted or woven fabric comprises a knitted or woven filamentous electronic-function member in at least part of the knitted or woven fabric, wherein the electronic-function member comprises a core portion comprising at least two metal wires, an insulating layer that covers the at least two metal wires so as to expose part of the at least two metal wires, and an electronic-function portion electrically conducted to each of the at least two metal wires and a sheath portion comprising a knitted fabric that covers the core portion, and wherein a yarn containing thermoplastic resin is included in at least part of the knitted fabric of the electronic-function member, and/or the yarn containing thermoplastic resin is interwoven with the electronic-function member.
APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING TEXTILE GRID WITH INCREASED ADHESION AND METHOD THEREOF
Provided are an apparatus for manufacturing a textile grid with increased adhesion and a method thereof capable of integrating the textile grid with a concrete structure by increasing the adhesion of the textile grid when the concrete structure is built, repaired, or reinforced, increasing structural safety and durability of the concrete structure, increasing a working speed by coating a surface of the textile grid with an abrasive material powder that is a surface coating material in an automatic series of processes immediately after the textile grid is manufactured, and increasing coating performance by automatically inspecting and adjusting the amount of the coating material applied to the surface of the textile grid using a camera.
Blended Yarn, Knitted/Woven Body of Same, and Method for Manufacturing Said Knitted/Woven Body
The present invention aims at providing a blended yarn with which a knitted or woven body, wherein a decrease in tension and stiffness due to moistness is reduced, can be manufactured, even in a case where the blended yarn is used for the manufacture of the knitted or woven body; a knitted or woven body of the same; and a method for manufacturing the knitted or woven body. The blended yarn according to the present invention comprises a modified fibroin fiber and a regenerated cellulose fiber.
WOVEN TEXTILE
A woven textile is woven by a plurality of first threads and a plurality of second threads. Each of the first threads is a TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethanes) filament which is integrally formed. The first threads are parallel arranged at intervals. The second threads are arranged at intervals to weave with the first threads for fixation so that the woven textile is formed with a plurality of through holes. Each of the second threads is knotted with the first threads to form a plurality of first knots. Each of the second threads is knotted itself between any two adjacent ones of the first threads to form at least one second knot. The first threads are separated apart by the at least one second knot to prevent the first threads from touching each other.
Polytetrafluoroethylene textile and manufacturing method thereof
A polytetrafluoroethylene textile and manufacturing method thereof is disclosed. a pretreatment process is performed on a plurality of polytetrafluoroethylene yarns. In the pretreatment process, a step of extending the polytetrafluoroethylene yarns are extended, the polytetrafluoroethylene yarns are knitted into a polytetrafluoroethylene fabric, the shape of the polytetrafluoroethylene fabric is fixed, and the polytetrafluoroethylene fabric are de-knitted into the polytetrafluoroethylene yarns with a plurality of knit-assisting parts. A second knitting process is performed to knit the polytetrafluoroethylene yarns and a plurality of artificial yarns together to obtain the polytetrafluoroethylene textile.
TEXTILE PANEL AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF A TEXTILE PANEL
The invention provides a textile panel including a knitted or woven textile layer (12) having yarn of a first type (14), and a coating applied to at least one face of the textile layer. The textile layer includes at least one textile sensor (18) formed by an electrically conductive region of the textile layer which includes yarn (16) of a second type incorporated in the knit or weave of the textile layer, the second type of yarn being electrically conductive. The invention also provides a method of manufacturing a textile panel, including knitting or weaving a textile layer (12) using a first type of yarn (14) and a second type of yarn (16), the second type of yarn being incorporated in the knit or weave of the textile layer in at least one predetermined region to form a textile sensor, the method further including applying a coating to the textile layer.
