Artificial turf mat and method for manufacturing thereof
An artificial turf mat includes a backing and a number of protruding artificial grass blades divided into rows and connected thereto. The mutual distance between successive blades in a row is substantially equal to the distance between adjacent rows and amounts to at least 10 mm. Such an artificial turf mat can be used to form artificial turf fields, for example, on which sports, and in particular ball sports, are played.

Woven products
Disclosed is a woven product adapted to be used as a primary backing layer for a surface, ground or floor covering comprising artificial or synthetic grass or turf. The woven product comprises at least a first woven layer and a second woven layer, wherein the first and second woven layers are interwoven, the first woven layer comprises a plurality of warp tapes/threads and a plurality of weft tapes/threads, the warp tapes/threads and the weft tapes/threads of the first woven layer being substantially perpendicular to one another. The second woven layer comprises a plurality of warp tapes/threads and a plurality of weft tapes/threads, the warp tapes/threads and the weft tapes/threads of the second woven layer being substantially perpendicular to one another.
Woven products

Puncture resistant material
A method for making puncture resistant material is made by aggressively twisting high modulus continuous filament polypropylene yarns and weaving the twisted yarns into a tight weave. Batting materials are placed adjacent the woven layer (which may comprise one or more individual woven layers) to form a stack and the stack is needlepunched to form a consolidated material. The material is heat treated and calendared and the finished product may be used in applications where puncture resistance is required, such as in a shoe insole material.

A method for making puncture resistant material is made by aggressively twisting high modulus continuous filament polypropylene yarns and weaving the twisted yarns into a tight weave. Batting materials are placed adjacent the woven layer (which may comprise one or more individual woven layers) to form a stack and the stack is needlepunched to form a consolidated material. The material is heat treated and calendared and the finished product may be used in applications where puncture resistance is required, such as in a shoe insole material.
SHARP COLOR EFFECT YARN
Processes are provided for the manufacture of color effect face yarns for use in tufted goods. These color effect yarns may exhibit unique color effects and contain a lower overall denier, thereby allowing the production of tufted goods with a greater than normal tuft density per unit area. Consequently, this can result in finer color effects and/or sharper definition of color effects in the tufted goods and expands the design possibilities for such products.

Processes are provided for the manufacture of color effect face yarns for use in tufted goods. FLEECE FABRIC AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a fleece fabric including a base material and a plurality of second yarn sections. The base material includes at least one first yarn strand. The second yarn sections protrude above a surface of the base material. At least a portion of the first yarn strand is fused and attached to the second yarn sections.
