Woven fabric made of cotton or regenerated cellulose fibers or a combination thereof and polyesters
Woven fabric made of cotton yarn or regenerated cellulose fibers yarn or a combination thereof and polyesters. The woven fabric includes forming 500-1500 thread count per inch of fine textile fabric. The woven textile fabric has 50-89 ENDS PER INCH warp yarns per inch of cotton yarn or regenerated cellulose fiber yarn or a combination thereof (e.g., a combination thereof means cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber blended yarn) and of 20-40 NE (warp yarn count), wherein single yarn per dent may be setup in the reed apparatus of the warp of the loom apparatus. Additionally, the woven textile fabric comprises of 50-91 picks per inch in the weft in which each pick contains atleast 2-24 multifilament polyester yarns. The picks are woven into the fabric using multi-filament weft yarns during a single pick insertion event of a pick insertion apparatus of a loom. Additionally, the warp to weft ratio of the woven fabric is atleast 1:5.
Proliferated thread count of a woven textile by simultaneous insertion within a single pick insertion event of a loom apparatus multiple adjacent parallel yarns drawn from a multi-pick yarn package
A method and a system disclosed include drawing each of multiple synthetic yarns from a corresponding supply package to form an oriented yarn. Filaments within the oriented yarn are twisted and detwisted to provide texture thereto, to provide a low stability interlacing during weaving, and to intermingle the filaments, and a uniform air pressure is applied to the oriented yarn to provide a counter-twist. Also, a multi-pick yarn package is formed based on winding all formed oriented yarns, which serve as weft yarns forming adjacent substantially parallel yarns wound together, onto a spool. These weft yarns are simultaneously inserted in a single pick insertion event of a loom apparatus, and conveyed across a warp shed of the loom apparatus through a set of warp yarns. The set of warp yarns and the conveyed weft yarns are interlaced to produce an incremental length of a woven textile fabric.

LOOM
A loom includes a display setting device including a display panel and a base mount to which the display panel is attached; a support mechanism configured to support the display setting device on the base mount via a support member attached to a side frame of a loom frame and extending toward an outer side of the frame; and a vibration-proof structure configured to support the base mount on the support member of the support mechanism via an elastic member, wherein the vibration-proof structure has a configuration where a support structure member provided to the loom is suspended from the base mount.
WEFT INSERTION METHOD AND WEFT INSERTION DEVICE FOR AIR JET LOOM
A weft insertion device includes a first main nozzle and a second main nozzle that is arranged upstream from the first main nozzle in a weft insertion direction and is configured to function as an auxiliary main nozzle. The first main nozzle is connectable to a first valve device by a first piping. The second main nozzle is connectable to a second valve device by a second piping shorter than the first piping. The weft insertion device is configured to supply compressed air to each main nozzle with each valve device being in an open state over a jet period from a predetermined jet starting timing. In a predetermined initial jet period that begins at the jet starting timing, an operating state of the second valve device is put into a small flow rate state, in which a flow rate smaller than a steady flow rate is supplied.
Proliferated thread count of a woven textile by simultaneous insertion within a single pick insertion event of a loom apparatus multiple adjacent parallel yarns drawn from a multi-pick yarn package
A method includes forming a multi-pick yarn package through winding multiple oriented yarns onto a spool. The multiple oriented yarns serve as weft yarns forming adjacent substantially parallel yarns wound together, and each of the multiple oriented yarns is formed through drawing each of multiple synthetic yarns from a corresponding supply package. The method also includes simultaneously inserting the weft yarns in a single pick insertion event of a pick insertion apparatus of a loom apparatus in which the simultaneously inserted weft yarns are to be conveyed through a set of warp yarns to produce an incremental length of a woven textile fabric.

Selective abrading of a surface of a woven textile fabric with proliferated thread count based on simultaneous insertion within a single pick insertion event of a loom apparatus multiple adjacent parallel yarns drawn from a multi-pick yarn package
A method includes drawing each multiple partially oriented polyester yarn from a corresponding supply package to form an oriented polyester yarn as a single multi-filament polyester weft yarn, inserting the multi-filament polyester weft yarn during a single pick insertion event of a pick insertion apparatus of a loom apparatus through winding the multi-filament polyester weft yarn on a single-pick yarn package, and conveying at least two of the multi-filament polyester weft yarn across a warp shed of the loom apparatus through a set of warp yarns in the single pick insertion event to form an incremental length of a woven textile fabric having a first surface with a majority of ends of the warp yarns and a second surface with a majority of picks of the multi-filament polyester weft yarn thereon. The method also includes solely abrading the second surface to provide for comfort to a user during contact therewith.
