A flat-knitted three-dimensional fabric with an internal support structure, and the fabric is consisted of an upper surface layer, a lower surface layer, and a support structure yarn in a middle, wherein the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer comprise alternate-knitted single-sided stitches and fully-knitted single-sided stitches; the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are connected by means of tuck knitting of the support structure yarn in the middle to form the integrally formed three-dimensional fabric with an internal support structure; and the alternate-knitted single-sided stitches are correspond to tuck loops formed by the support structure yarn and are used to lock the tuck loops formed by the support structure yarn in the middle, such that the support structure yarn will not puncture the surfaces of the fabric when the fabric is pressed.

An article of footwear with a knitted component including an upper and an integral knit ankle cuff is provided. The upper and the ankle cuff are formed as a one-piece knit element. The knit element forms a portion of an exterior surface of the upper and an opposite interior surface of the upper, with the interior surface forming a void for receiving a foot. The ankle cuff is formed of unitary knit construction with the upper as a one-piece knit element and extends above a throat area of the upper. The ankle cuff includes malleolus zones on medial and lateral sides to correspond with the ankle bones of a wearer. The knit component further incorporates features to assist with providing entry for a foot of a wear, providing comfort to a wearer, and to assist with orientation of the upper of the article of footwear when being worn.

A shoe includes a knit upper and a sole secured to the upper. The knit upper has a wingtip pattern knit into the knit upper.

A bed sheet is provided that includes a knitted performance fabric having a plurality of spaced apart ventilation ports. A knit component may include a knit-in tensile area, which may include an opening at least partially bounded by a first intersecting portion and a second intersecting portion. A process for manufacturing a tubular knitted item (1) with intarsia design, comprising the steps of: programming a circular weft knitting machine for intarsia design by defining a tubular intarsia knitted item (1) to be manufactured, extending longitudinally between a first end (2) and a second end (3) and consisting of a plurality of knitted courses following one another;
wherein the programming step comprises the steps of: defining a turning position (4), which divides the tubular item into a first fabric (5) and a second fabric (6), wherein the tubular item is configured for being manipulated so as to be at least partially turned over itself, by folding it in the turning position so that the second fabric overlaps the first fabric in order to obtain a double fabric item; defining at least one first area (10) of the first fabric, delimited by a needle section and by a number of successive courses of the area, and having a desired shape; defining at least one first counter-area (20) of the second fabric, delimited by a needle section and by a number of successive courses of the area, in which the first counter-area has a respective shape; producing intarsia knitted fabric so as to manufacture the tubular knitted item according to the programming step; wherein the first area (10) is manufactured according to a first knitted structure and the first counter-area (20) is manufactured according to a second knitted structure.

A protective garment, gussets for protective garments, and individual gusset layers, being a moisture wicking layer, a core moisture absorbing layer and a moisture impermeable layer, and combinations thereof. The moisture wicking layer including a double knit fabric wherein a technical face of the fabric forms an eyelet mesh utilising both hydrophilic and hydrophobic yarns and a technical back of the fabric forms an interlock utilising only hydrophilic yarns. The moisture absorbing layer including a sinker terry fabric knit comprising sinker loops with plush loops made form synthetic fibres treated with a hydrolysing enzyme that splits the fibres into fibrils. The moisture impermeable layer including a base fabric knit laminated with a polyurethane sheet.

The present disclosure provides an upper for an article of footwear. The upper may include a knit element defining a portion of at least one of an exterior surface of the upper and an opposite interior surface of the upper. An inlaid strand may extend through the knit element, and a tongue and the knit element may have a common yarn at least at a forward portion of the tongue, and the tongue may extend through a throat area of the upper.
