WARP INSERTION AND WARP CHAIN KNITTED CHAIN STRUCTURE FOR KNITTED NET, AND BALE NET WRAP USING SAME
20230002942 · 2023-01-05 ·

A warp-inserted warp chain knitted chain structure for knitted net is disclosed, which is formed by two parts, i.e., a warp-knitted chain and an insertion warp plainly and straightly inserted into the warp-knitted chain. The warp-knitted chain is formed by serially connecting loop links formed through warp knitting of looping fibers. The denier of the warp-knitted chain is 3 times the denier A of the looping fibers. The ratio of the denier A of the looping fibers to the denier C of the insertion warp is less than or equal to 2.33. In a baling net using the same, under the same knitted chain denier, the insertion warp and the warp-knitted chain are used to jointly bear the warp load, such that the insertion warp does not bend, and the strength of the knitted chain is improved, thus improving the overall strength of the baling net.

A substrate is mountable on a lacrosse stick head to form a pocket. The head has a throat attached to a shaft, a ball stop attached to the throat, a scoop distal to the throat, and sidewalls extending between the ball stop and the scoop. The substrate includes a top portion and a bottom portion. The top portion is positioned proximate to the scoop and the bottom portion is positioned between the top and the ball stop. The top and bottom portions include yarn knit to form the substrate. A method of making the substrate includes casting the yarn onto a needle, knitting the top and bottom portions, casting the yarn off the needle, tying off the yarn and attaching the substrate to the head.

The present invention relates to a prosthesis (100) comprising an openworked three-dimensional knit (101) comprising a front face and a rear face, each face being formed with one or more laps of yarns defining pores on said face, the front face being bound to the rear face by connecting yarns defining a spacer, characterized in that the connecting yarns are distributed so that they define an entanglement of yarns crossing each other at the spacer, without obstructing the pores of the front and rear faces.

A woven textile for shoe upper includes a main body. The main body includes a woven portion and at least one braiding portion. The main body defines a horizontal direction and a longitudinal direction. The woven portion includes a plurality of longitudinal threads aligned along the horizontal direction. Each of the longitudinal threads extends along the longitudinal direction. Two ends of the woven portion along the longitudinal direction are a first end and a second end. At least one of the longitudinal threads extends and is knotted itself from the first end or the second end of the woven portion away from the woven portion to form the at least one braiding portion.

MESH AND USES THEREOF

A lightweight reinforced mesh, such as a surgical mesh, suitable for use in various applications, including breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast surgery, mastopexy, breast augmentation, breast reduction, soft tissue reconstruction, hernia repair, tissue plication reinforcement, tissue support and repair, tendon support and repair, tissue engineering, and procedures or other applications requiring additional soft tissue strength or thickness. In addition, disclosed is a use of such a mesh for tissue engineering, regardless of the surgical application. In particular, the present disclosure relates to a surgical mesh capable of providing enhanced support while maintaining flexibility, low density, and absorbable characteristics. Further the present disclosure, focuses on reducing the material burden of a scaffold while increasing void space to facilitate tissue ingrowth.

Knitted tensile structures

A knit component may include a knit-in tensile area, which may include an opening at least partially bounded by a first intersecting portion and a second intersecting portion. A course of tensile material that is integrally knitted with the first intersecting portion via a knit stitch may include a float extending from the first intersecting portion, across the opening, to the second intersecting portion. A knitting method may knit courses of the knit component on needle beds and then widen and/or narrow parts of the opening by transferring stitches of one of the courses of the knit component to different needles.
