Tubular warp knit spacer fabric
11530501 · 2022-12-20 · ·

A warp knitting system may knit a seamless tube of fabric. The fabric may have a spacer between outer and inner fabric layers. The knitting system may have first and second needle guide systems. The first and second needle guide systems may each have selectively linked needle bed sections that guide respective needles. A guide bar system may have guide bars that dispense strands of material during knitting. Each guide bar may be positioned using a respective guide bar positioner. The guide bar system may be shifted relative to the needles using a rotational positioner. The needle guide systems and guide bar system may be formed from selectively coupled links. The selectively coupled links may be configured to adjust the diameter of the tube of fabric to a desired value. The thickness of the tube may be adjusted by adjusting a gap between the first and second needle guide systems.

Raschel machine, net, and use of the Raschel machine to produce a net

A Raschel machine (100) comprises a plurality of first guide needles (110) arranged along a first direction for guiding warp threads (210), a plurality of second guide needles (150) arranged along the first direction for guiding weft threads (220) and a plurality of needles (180) arranged along the first direction for creating interlocked loops formed by threads, whereby the warp threads (210) are created. The first guide needles (110) are held by a first needle bar (120), the second guide needles (150) are held by a second needle bar (160), and the second needle bar (160) is moved back and forth between two respective neighbouring first guide needles (110). The space between neighbouring first guide needles (110) is greater than 25.4 m (1 inch).

Tension Adjustment Method of Warp Knitting Variable-speed and Uniform-tension Yarn Feeding Device, and Weaving Method
20240158964 · 2024-05-16 ·

Disclosed are a tension adjustment method of a warp knitting variable-speed and uniform-tension yarn feeding device, and a weaving method. The device includes warp beams, connecting rod frames, a guide bar, a looping mechanism and a drawing and rolling-up mechanism, where the connecting rod frames are connected to yarn winding wheels and yarn guide plates, yarns are wound on the warp beams, and the yarn winding wheels are positioned between the warp beams and the guide bar; each of the yarn winding wheels includes a yarn inlet, a yarn winding shaft and a yarn outlet. According to the present disclosure, the tension produced in a yarn feeding process is actively adjusted by the variable-speed tension yarn winding wheels to make up tension error caused by looping; and the present disclosure is capable of compensating in time, does not easily break the yarns, is high in knitting efficiency and quality.
