An item may include fabric or other materials formed from intertwined strands of material. The strands of material may include non-conductive strands and conductive strands. The strands may be intertwined by a warp knitting machine to produce a warp knit fabric. The warp knit fabric may include intertwined warp strands and weft insertion strands that are inserted amongst the warp strands. The weft insertion strands may extend across less than all of the warp strands. The weft insertion strands may include parallel segments that each extend across a different portion of the warp strands. The segments of weft insertion strands may have different widths relative to one another and relative to the width of the fabric. The weft insertion strands may be inserted into the warp knitting machine across the warp strands using a weft insertion device that is positioned by a computer-controlled positioner.
Process for Weaving Three-layer Warp-woven Fabric with Perspective Effect and Fabric Woven by the Same
The disclosure relates to a process for manufacturing three-layer warp-woven fabric with a perspective effect and fabric woven by the same. A dual-needle-bed warp loom is used to weave the fabric; a front needle bed is programmed to weave transparent filaments. Distinguished from the prior art, in the disclosure, the transparent filaments are woven at the front needle bed, so that the fabric at the front needle bed becomes transparent, and the jacquard guide bar generates the weft insertion stitch at the front needle bed and the loop stitch at the rear needle bed, so that the front and rear needle beds of the jacquard guide bar weave different stitches to finally obtain three-layer warp-woven fabric with a perspective effect (the color and shape of the middle or bottom layer are visible), achieving an irregular concave-convex effect in different areas with color visible.

A preparation method of a jacquard sandwich fabric with a two-colored surface is disclosed, employing a jacquard warp knitting machine, comprising: 1) changing a guide bar configuration; 2) changing a jacquard control signal; 3) re-defining a basic stitch of a jacquard; 5) converting a designed pattern into a graphic diagram, and continuously modifying the pattern through the graphic diagram; 6) after finishing the pattern design, directly exporting a knitting document, importing the document into a machine file, and producing the jacquard sandwich mesh fabric with a two-colored surface. A weft laid-in stitch is added. The weft laid-in stitch can completely hide the yarns, so a two color effect can be obtained.
