KNITTING NEEDLE
20230046300 · 2023-02-16 ·

A knitting needle includes a hook, a latch, a shaft provided with a first transfer portion, and a flat spring provided with a second transfer portion and having a front portion bent outward to form a protrusion and a back portion connected to a bottom surface of a recess to form a connecting end. A deformation surface and the protrusion are not exposed outside the recess, or the deformation surface and the protrusion have a portion exposed outside the recess, where the portion exposed outside the recess is elastically pressed into the recess by a needle groove or is located in a depression at a corresponding side of the needle groove. The deformation surface is elastically deformed to drive the protrusion to expand outward, such that a loop hung on the first transfer portion and the second transfer portion is stretched.

A warp knitting system may knit a seamless tube of fabric. The fabric may have a spacer between outer and inner fabric layers. The knitting system may have first and second needle guide systems. The first and second needle guide systems may each have selectively linked needle bed sections that guide respective needles. A guide bar system may have guide bars that dispense strands of material during knitting. Each guide bar may be positioned using a respective guide bar positioner. The guide bar system may be shifted relative to the needles using a rotational positioner. The needle guide systems and guide bar system may be formed from selectively coupled links. The selectively coupled links may be configured to adjust the diameter of the tube of fabric to a desired value. The thickness of the tube may be adjusted by adjusting a gap between the first and second needle guide systems.

A textile tool part pair (15) consisting of two textile tool parts (16) and a method of equipping a textile machine with the aid of such a textile tool part pair (15) are disclosed. Each textile tool part (16) extends in a longitudinal direction (L) between a trailing end (21) and a leading end (22). Proceeding from the trailing ends (21) thereof, the textile tool parts (16) extend away from one another and counter to one another as far as the leading end (22). At the trailing ends (21), the two textile tool parts (16) of a common textile tool part pair (15) are interconnected by a predetermined breaking connection (45). The predetermined breaking connection (45) can be manually separated without tools, in particular by bending about a bending axis (A).
