Method of printing a tag and attaching the tag to a bag
A method of printing a tag and attaching the tag to a bag for printing, severing and feeding non-curled tags to sewing machines. The method of printing a tag and attaching the tag to a bag comprising providing a control unit, a bag conveyor, a bag switch, a printer unit, a guide plate sensor, and a feeder assembly; feeding print material into the printer unit through a side entry port; printing and severing a tag; dispensing the tag from an exit port of the printer unit to the staging assembly; and subsequently dispensing the tag upon demand into the feeder assembly for movement to the tag attaching system.
Presser device
A presser device includes an attachment body, an adjustment member, and a presser body. The attachment body includes an attachment portion and a shaft. The attachment portion is attached to a presser bar included in a sewing machine and extending in a first direction. The shaft extends in a second direction that intersects the first direction. The adjustment member is configured to be screwed together with one end of the shaft and to rotate with respect to the shaft around a rotation axis extending in the second direction. The presser body includes an insertion hole and an insertion portion, the insertion hole penetrating in the first direction. The insertion portion is configured such that the shaft is inserted therethrough. The presser body is configured to move in the second direction with respect to the attachment body along the shaft in accordance with the rotation of the adjustment member.
NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM AND SEWING MACHINE
A sewing machine acquires embroidery data of the embroidery pattern formed from a plurality of partial patterns. The sewing machine selects, as a selected partial pattern, at least one partial pattern from among the plurality of partial patterns forming the embroidery pattern, on the basis of the acquired embroidery data. The sewing machine identifies, on the basis of the embroidery data, an outline of the selected partial pattern that was selected. The sewing machine generates processing data for performing processing following the shape of the selected partial pattern, on the basis of the identified outline.
CUTTING SYSTEM AND CUTTING DEVICE
A cutting system includes a sewing machine and a cutting device. The sewing machine includes a sewing portion, a sewing communication portion, a sewing processor, and a sewing memory. The sewing machine acquires an embroidery data stored in the sewing memory. The sewing machine sends, via a network line, the acquired embroidery data. The cutting device includes a cutting portion, a cutter communication portion, a cutter processor, and a cutter memory. The cutting device receives, via the network line, the embroidery data sent by the sewing machine. The cutting device generates a cutting data based on the received embroidery data. The cutting device drives the cutting portion based on the generated cutting data, and cuts the object to be cut.
Sewing system
A sewing system which includes a detector for detecting an edge of a cloth installed on an installation table, a cloth conveyor for conveying the cloth from the installation table to a sewing machine, and a controller, wherein the cloth conveyor includes a holding member that holds the cloth, and the controller includes a holding position decision portion that determines a holding position of the cloth based on detection data of the detector, and a conveyance control portion that controls the cloth conveyor such that the holding member holds the holding position. In the sewing system according to the above, it is possible to prevent deterioration in productivity of sewn products.
BATTING PIECES FOR PAPER PIECING PROJECTS AND RELATED METHODS
A system for English Paper Piecing and paper piecing quilting projects comprised of using pre-cut individual pieces of nonwoven batting having selected shapes and sizes as foundation pieces for creation of the patches used in the paper piecing project.
Multi-patch multi-view system for stitching along a predetermined path
Disclosed are various systems and features for use with a machine, such as a sewing machine, to facilitate multi-patch multi-view systems that may reduce errors associated with material thickness, object height, perspective. Such systems and features may be useful in the context of performing an action along a self-guided path on a substrate.
System for making a loop
A strip is fastened to an edge of a textile piece by first advancing strip of the ribbon in a direction parallel to the strip of ribbon from a supply. Then a leading end of the strip is gripped a first nip point while advancing additional ribbon from the ribbon supply. The strip is then gripped at a second nip point upstream of the first nip point at a trailing end of the strip. The ribbon is then severed upstream in the strip-travel direction of the second nip point to separate the strip from the ribbon into a sufficient length between the first nip point and the second nip points. The leading or trailing end is then pivoted about at least one pivot axis relative to the other end and positioned near or on the other end, which is then fastened to the edge of the textile piece.
Method of printing a tag and attaching the tag to a bag
A method of printing a tag and attaching the tag to a bag for printing, severing and feeding non-curled tags to sewing machines. The method of printing a tag and attaching the tag to a bag comprising providing a control unit, a bag conveyor, a bag switch, a printer unit, a chute, a chute sensor, and a feeder assembly; printing and severing a tag in the printer unit; dispensing the tag into the chute to prevent the tag from curling and jamming; and feeding the tag to a sewing machine whereupon the tag is attached to a bag.
