A METHOD TO MANUFACTURE A TEXTILE PRODUCT, A USE THEREOF AND A DEVICE FOR APPLYING THE METHOD
The invention pertains to a method to manufacture a textile product comprising a first sheet having polyester yarns fastened to this sheet to form a pile thereon, the method comprising providing the sheet, stitching the polyester yarns through the sheet to form the pile on a first surface of the sheet and loops of the yarns at a second surface of the sheet, contacting the second surface of the sheet with a surface of a hot body to at least partly melt the loops of the yarns to fasten the yarns to the sheet, wherein the second surface is actively cooled to force the temperature to be below the glass transition temperature of the polyester yarns within 60 seconds after the contacting of the second surface with the hot body. The invention also pertains to a device for applying this method.
Pattern for chenille carpet pile based on quaternary colors mixing regulation of multicolored filaments and construction method thereof
A pattern for a chenille carpet pile based on quaternary colors mixing regulation of multicolored filaments and a construction method thereof are disclosed. The construction method regulates the uneven distribution of the multicolored filaments on the chenille carpet pile by changing the combination modes and ratios of the multicolored filaments, thereby producing patterns with hazy, moderate and clear color mixing effects. Different from the additive mixing of color light and the subtractive mixing of pigments, the mixing of single-colored filaments is spatial juxtaposition mixing and non-uniform mixing. The construction method also regulates the mixing ratio of the single-colored filaments and the hue, luminance and saturation differences between the single-colored filaments, such that the chenille pile can visually present hazy, moderate and clear color mixing effects. The entire design implementation of the construction method can effectively improve the efficiency of constructing the pattern of the chenille carpet pile.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL CLEANING TEXTILE AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION THEREOF
A three-dimensional cleaning textile includes: a textile cleaning base having a front face and a rear face; and at least one pile comprising at least one pile yarn that is permanently connected to the cleaning base and is raised and projects over the front face. In an embodiment, the cleaning base includes a fabric.
RECYCLABLE TUFTED FABRIC AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
Recyclable tufted fabrics and methods of preparing the same are provided. In particular, the recyclable tufted fabric includes a fabric backing, a plurality of yarns tufted through the fabric backing such that a pile is provided at a first surface of the fabric backing and a plurality of yarn loops are provided at a second surface of the fabric backing, and a liquid adhesive that anchors the plurality of yarn loops to the second surface of the fabric backing.
Tufted carpet including polyethyleneterephthalate bulked continuous filament
A polyethylene terephthalate bulked continuous filament is manufactured by steps of melt-spinning, multi-step stretching a polyethylene terephthalate chip and a master batch chip for coloring, passing through a texturing nozzle, cooling, and winding and has an elastic modulus of 1.00E+07 to 5.00E+09 Pa at a temperature range of 10° C. to 200° C., the filament being manufactured by steps of melt-spinning a polyethylene terephthalate chip and a master batch chip for coloring, multi-step stretching, passing through a texturing nozzle, cooling, and winding.
TUFTED CARPET
A tufted carpet comprising a secondary backing which defines a volume being a parallelepiped having three pair of parallel faces, a first pair of parallel faces defining a upper surface of the secondary backing and a lower face of the tufted carpet, at least a second pair of parallel faces being inclined with respect to the first pair of parallel faces under an angle α1 less than 90°, preferably in the range of 10 to 87°, the angle being the smallest angle measured between the planes defining the first pair of parallel faces and second pair of parallel faces.
Border, edge or pattern carpet tile design, manufacture and installation
Design and manufacture of tufted articles, carpet tile webs and carpet tiles, and installation of carpet tiles, having different color, pile height, pile texture or other characteristics that, together with similar other such tiles, may be installed to create borders, edges or other multiple-tile designs, usually without any of the tiles looking out of place or improperly oriented relative to nap or the direction the tile is “facing.”
Fabrics, Surface Coverings Comprising Same, And Systems And Methods For Producing Same
Fabrics having conventional turf yarns provided in combination with traditional carpet yarns. Optionally, the turf yarns and/or the carpet yarns can be unpigmented natural yarns. A color pattern can be applied to the fabrics to produce surface coverings, such as floor coverings.
Tufted pile fabric as framework for stretchable and wearable composite electrodes
In a preferred embodiment, there is provided a modified fabric composition, the composition comprising a fabric member and an electroactive member for storing energy, wherein the fabric member comprises a fabric framework defining a deformable plane and a plurality of projections extending at an angle from the plane, and wherein the electroactive member is coupled to at least one of the projections.
