Method of digital ink-jet printing a fabric including depositing a foam pretreatment
The present invention refers to a plant (1) for printing a fibrous material (T). The printing plant (1) comprises: a station (14) for supplying a fibrous material configured for supplying the fibrous material along a predetermined operative path, a treating station (10) configured for treating the fibrous material with a treatment composition by applying the composition itself on a first side (T1) of the fibrous material (T); and a printing station (6) configured for ink-printing at least part of a second side (T2) of the fibrous material (T) opposite to the first side (T1). Moreover, the present invention refers to a process of printing a fibrous material.
CORONA TREATMENT SYSTEM
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a color sensor is provided for sensing whether a ground roller in a corona treatment system needs to be serviced. The color sensor is capable of detecting imperfections which have changed the reflectance level of the ground roller from a predefined level. According to another aspect of the present disclosure, if a determination is made that the ground roller needs to be serviced, then an alarm is activated and/or the operation of the corona treatment system is ceased.
PRINTING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR PRINTING TEXTILES
The invention relates to a printing machine and a method for printing textiles with a machine bed, at least one conveying means arranged on the machine bed for conveying at least one textile along a processing path, at least one priming means arranged on the machine bed for applying a primer in a planar manner on a motif region of the textile, on which a print motif is to be provided, and at least one printing means arranged on the machine bed and having at least one digital print head for printing the print motif. In accordance with the invention provision is made in that along the processing path between the priming means and the printing means at least one pressing means is arranged which is designed for pressing the motif region with the applied primer.

Moreover, the present invention refers to a process of printing a fibrous material.
Dye applicator for dyeing articles, a dye application kit, and a method for manufacturing the same
A dye applicator for dyeing materials, a dye application kit, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The dye application kit has at least one container containing a dye applicator being at least partially fibrous and infused with a dry water-soluble dye, the dye being transferrable to an adjacent article in the presence of water.
METHODS OF PRETREATING HYDROPHOBIC FABRICS PRIOR TO PRINTING
Provided herein are processes and methods of pretreating a fabric (such as hydrophobic fabric) prior to the application of graphics using, for example, inkjet printing. The process may comprise, for example, applying a pretreatment composition to at least a portion of the bottom face of a textile, thereby causing the pretreatment composition to migrate to the top face of the textile via capillary action. The process may further comprise a printing step wherein one or more inks are applied to the top face of a textile, thereby forming a graphical image on the textile.
Process for making a seamless, reversible two-color jersey
A process for making a seamless, reversible two-color jersey, including the following steps: knitting with a wholegarment knitting machine in such manner to make a seamless reversible jersey; closing the bottom and the cuffs of the jersey, making tracks on the sides of each sleeve and of the body, dry-cleaning the jersey, removing the stains, finishing the jersey, tacking a patch on the jersey to cover the opening generated by the neck, pre-ironing the jersey, dyeing the jersey, wherein the dye color is absorbed in a different way on the external surface of the jersey and on the internal surface of the jersey, in such manner to obtain a two-color jersey, removing the patch and the seals of the bottom and of the cuffs.
PROCESS FOR MAKING A SEAMLESS, REVERSIBLE TWO-COLOR JERSEY
A process for making a seamless, reversible two-color jersey, including the following steps: knitting with a wholegarment knitting machine in such manner to make a seamless reversible jersey, closing the bottom and the cuffs of the jersey, making tracks on the sides of each sleeve and of the body, dry-cleaning the jersey, removing the stains, finishing the jersey, tacking a patch on the jersey to cover the opening generated by the neck, pre-ironing the jersey, dyeing the jersey, wherein the dye color is absorbed in a different way on the external surface of the jersey and on the internal surface of the jersey, in such manner to obtain a two-color jersey, removing the patch and the seals of the bottom and of the cuffs.
