Jet suction box and jet suction process
A jet suction method and a jet suction box (14), for a suctioning apparatus (6) of a device (1) for water jet consolidation of a fibrous material web (2), sucks in the liquid jets (4) emitted by the device (1) for water jet consolidation and issuing from the fibrous material web (2) again. A box casing (18) thereof has arranged therein at least one slot shape casing opening (20) which leads to a box interior (17). The jet suction box (14) has on the box casing (18) at least one nozzle attachment (24) which is arranged above the casing opening (20) and which has a slot shape suction opening (25) with a width steadily increasing towards the box interior (17) and towards the casing opening (20). A width of the casing opening (20) is equal to or greater than the outlet-side width of the suction opening (25).
JET SUCTION BOX AND JET SUCTION PROCESS
A jet suction method and a jet suction box (14), for a suctioning apparatus (6) of a device (1) for water jet consolidation of a fibrous material web (2), sucks in the liquid jets (4) emitted by the device (1) for water jet consolidation and issuing from the fibrous material web (2) again. A box casing (18) thereof has arranged therein at least one slot shape casing opening (20) which leads to a box interior (17). The jet suction box (14) has on the box casing (18) at least one nozzle attachment (24) which is arranged above the casing opening (20) and which has a slot shape suction opening (25) with a width steadily increasing towards the box interior (17) and towards the casing opening (20). A width of the casing opening (20) is equal to or greater than the outlet-side width of the suction opening (25).
Drum dryer
Metal drum dryer, the side surface of which is constituted of U-shaped profiles (1), each having a bottom, each profile (1) is welded to the two neighbouring profiles (1) thereof and the bottom of each profile (1) is pierced with holes (4).
Vacuum extraction printing
Vacuum printing a fabric involves forming a fabric having a top face and a bottom face and placing a barrier layer below the top face. A plurality of holes is established in the barrier layer, and dye is applied to at least a portion of the top face of the fabric. Vacuum applied to the bottom face pulls the dye through the fabric and the plurality of holes in the barrier layer.
VACUUM EXTRACTION PRINTING
Vacuum printing a fabric involves forming a fabric having a top face and a bottom face and placing a barrier layer below the top face. A plurality of holes is established in the barrier layer, and dye is applied to at least a portion of the top face of the fabric. Vacuum applied to the bottom face pulls the dye through the fabric and the plurality of holes in the barrier layer.

Metal drum dryer, the side surface of which is constituted of U-shaped profiles (1), each having a bottom, each profile (1) is welded to the two neighbouring profiles (1) thereof and the bottom of each profile (1) is pierced with holes (4).
Suction nozzle, jet suction box and jet suction method
A suction nozzle (23) for a hollow jet suction box (14) is used for sucking liquid jets (4). The jet suction box has on a box casing (18) at least one slot casing opening (20) to a box interior space (17). The suction nozzle (23, 23) has a nozzle body (24), arrangeable above the casing opening (20), with a slot suction opening (25), which passes through the nozzle body in a flow direction (23). The suction opening extends from an inlet side (26) at a free end to an outlet side (27), arrangeable at the casing opening. The nozzle body has a mobile sealing element (29, 29) adjacent the suction opening and laterally defining the slot-like suction opening and a resilient expansion device (33), which acts on the sealing element (29, 29) and pushes the sealing element outward, away from the outlet side, against the suction flow direction.
