Device and method for impregnating fiber structures
An apparatus for impregnating fiber structures with a matrix material includes a lower part having a bath for receiving the matrix material and a draining unit. The draining unit includes a wiper having a wiping edge, over which the impregnated fiber structure is guided during operation, and a surface inclined in the direction of the bath, by which matrix material draining from the fiber structure can return into the bath. The draining unit includes a cover on which a deflection unit, by which the fiber structure is pressed into the bath when the cover is mounted, is mounted. When the cover is mounted, a gap is formed between the cover and the lower part on the sides by which the fiber structure is guided into the apparatus and emerges from the apparatus. A method for impregnating fiber structures with a matrix material is also disclosed.
Apparatus for manufacturing open carbon fiber superfine yarn
An apparatus for manufacturing open carbon fiber superfine yarn comprises a yarn feeding part for feeding a carbon fiber bundle; a tank for storing water for opening carbon fiber to immerse the carbon fiber bundle in the water for opening carbon fiber; a first drying part for drying the open carbon fiber bundle formed by the immersion in the water for opening carbon fiber; an application part for applying a catalyst to the dried open carbon fiber bundle; a second drying part for drying the catalyst-applied open carbon fiber bundle to obtain open carbon fiber resin tape; a slitting part for slitting the open carbon fiber resin tape longitudinally; and a twisting part for twisting a plurality of the open carbon fiber resin tapes slit by the slitting part to form open carbon fiber superfine yarn.
THREAD-COATING SYSTEM
A thread-coating system includes: a thread-coating module having a droplet ejector assembly; a thread gatherer positioned upstream of the thread-coating module and configured for arranging a plurality of threads in a thread wall; a thread expander positioned downstream of the thread-coating module for receiving a coated thread wall and expanding the coated thread wall into individual threads. The thread gatherer is configured for adjusting a spacing of threads in the thread wall and an overall height of the thread wall via a pivoting motion.
System and method for treating textile material with ozone
A system and a method for treating a textile material with ozone gas. The system includes: an ozone gas supply system, a hollow chamber fillable with ozone provided by said gas supply system, a textile-feeding port connected to said chamber and comprising a first liquid fillable tank, a textile-discharging port connected to said chamber and comprising a second liquid fillable tank, guide rollers, driving rollers, at least one tension compensator located inside the hollow chamber. The system is adapted for implementing the method, the latter including: using the system and providing liquid to said first and second tanks, providing ozone gas to said hollow chamber, driving the textile material to pass tensed through the system while controlling its tension using the tension compensators. The use of the tension compensators prevents the formation of ozone induced defects on the textile material.
A COATING MACHINE
The present invention is at least one coating machine (1) having at least one impregnation unit (2) for realizing dyeing during wrapping of the yarn (26) from at least one first bobbin (25) onto at least one second bobbin (41), at least one drying unit (3) for providing drying of the yarn (26) dyed essentially in the vicinity of said impregnation unit (2), at least one first roller (355) and at least one second roller (359) positioned mutually for providing moving of the yarn (26) at a predetermined line in said drying unit (3), at least one wrapping unit (4) for providing wrapping of the yarn (26), dyed in the vicinity of the drying unit (3), onto said second bobbin (41). The improvement of the present invention is that said second roller (359) is configured to displace between an operation position (I) defined at one side of said first roller (355) and a yarn changing position (II) defined at the other side of said first roller (355).
Indigo dyeing process and apparatus and indigo dyed yarns and fabrics made thereby
Processes and apparatus are disclosed which substantially eliminate the formation of oxidized indigo dye before and during dye application onto a natural fiber yarn or fabric while allowing the leuco-indigo dye molecule to diffuse fully into the natural fibers of the yarn where it can fix to the fibers prior to oxidation (i.e., exposure of the leuco-dyed yarns to oxygen). Indigo dyed textile products (e.g., dyed cotton yarns that may be twill woven to form a denim fabric) exhibit exceptionally high colorfastness as determined by the AATCC Crock Test.
Recording apparatus capable of printing elastic medium
A recording apparatus includes a printing portion and a first conveying portion. The printing portion ejects liquid to print a medium having elasticity. The first conveying portion is disposed upstream of the printing portion in a conveying direction along which the medium is conveyed to the printing portion. The first conveying portion includes at least two conveying bodies disposed in the conveying direction and around which the medium is alternately wound. The conveying bodies each include a shaft extending in a width direction orthogonal to the conveying direction and a plurality of rollers rotatably supported by the shaft. The plurality of rollers are supported to be inclined outward with respect to the conveying direction from upstream to downstream in the conveying direction.
THREAD-COATING MODULE WITH INK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A thread-coating module includes: a coating chamber having a thread entrance at one end and a thread exit at an opposite end thereof; and an inkjet printhead positioned in a printhead opening of the coating chamber for ejecting ink onto thread fed through the coating chamber. The coating chamber has an ink management system positioned opposite the printhead for managing excess ink. The ink management system includes: an inner ink-collection slot in fluid communication with a drain port for recycling excess ink and an outer aerosol-collection chamber fluidically connected to a vacuum port.
THREAD-COATING MODULE
A thread-coating module includes: a base plate having a printhead opening; an inkjet printhead received in the printhead opening; and a chamber unit having a mouth for engagement with the base plate and an ink-collection slot opposing the printhead. The chamber unit and the base plate are movable relative to each other for opening and closing a coating chamber comprising the base plate and the chamber unit, with the ink-collection slot being positioned opposite the printhead in the coating chamber.
