METHOD FOR PROCESSING ALL-POLYESTER FIBER COTTON-LIKE FABRIC WITH SUNLIGHT RESISTANCE
The present disclosure provides a method for processing an all-polyester fiber cotton-like fabric with sunlight resistance. The method includes: 1) weaving a PTT/PET bicomponent composite stretch yarn into a fabric; 2) dyeing processing the fabric; and 3) finalizing and finishing, wherein the finalizing and finishing comprises: a) preparing a finishing liquor obtained by mixing a crosslinking agent and an emulsion of benzophenone-containing polyorganosiloxane; b) padding the fabric; and c) drying and finalizing at a high temperature.
ENZYMATIC TREATMENT OF CELLULOSIC TEXTILE
The invention relates to a process for treatment of cellulosic material, for example, knitted or woven cotton fabric or yarn, comprising treating cellulosic material with a pectinase and a surfactant.
VIBRATING APPARATUS FOR TREATMENT OF FABRICS
A vibrating apparatus for dimensional stabilization treatment of fabrics includes a fabric-containing tub (2), a vibration-generating slider-crank mechanism (3) and a support mechanism (4) for supporting the tub (2) and transferring the vibrations produced by the generating mechanism (3). The tub (2) is made of carbon fiber and the mechanism (4) for supporting and transferring vibrations includes at least three rocker arms (12), each having one end hinged to the tub (2), the other end hinged to a counterweight (6) located opposite to the tub (2) and being hinged in the middle to a load-bearing structure (16).
Coating-liquid-impregnated fiber-reinforced fabric, sheet-shaped integrated object, prepreg, prepreg tape, and method for manufacturing fiber-reinforced composite material
The present invention is a method of producing a coating liquid-impregnated reinforcing fiber fabric 1b, including allowing a reinforcing fiber fabric 1a to pass substantially vertically downward through the inside of a coating section 20 storing a coating liquid 2 to provide the reinforcing fiber fabric 1a with the coating liquid 2; wherein the coating section 20 includes a liquid pool and a narrowed section which are in communication with each other; wherein the liquid pool has a portion whose cross-sectional area decreases continuously along a running direction of the reinforcing fiber fabric 1a, wherein the narrowed section has a slit-like cross-section and has a smaller cross-sectional area than the top side of the liquid pool, and wherein the vertical height of the portion whose cross-sectional area decreases continuously in the liquid pool is 10 mm or more.

Screw conveyor based fabric dyeing machine
A screw conveyor based fabric dyeing machine including a machine body inside which a screw conveyor including a conveying screw and a fabric support board is arranged and generally parallel to an extension direction of the machine body. Fabric moves through a dyeing tube arranged with the machine body to fall down onto the screw conveyor so that the fabric can be conveyed by the screw conveyor forward through the machine body to reach a guide roller and a nozzle to complete a cycle of circulation for subsequently re-entering the dyeing tube to be dyed therein. As such, water consumption can be reduced and dyeing performance is enhanced, achieving energy saving and carbon reduction, reducing contamination to the surroundings, and realizing green economy.
