Washing machine, and method for controlling the same
A method of controlling a washing machine that includes a drum rotatably provided in a tub that receives water, at least one nozzle spraying water into the drum, a washing motor rotating the drum, and a circulation pump circulating water within the washing machine, the method including: controlling a rotation of the drum by operating the washing motor to rotate the drum at a first rotation speed in a first rotation direction, and to maintain a rotation of the drum at the first rotation speed in the first rotation direction so that laundry in the drum maintains contact with an inner circumferential surface of the drum; and controlling a pump speed of the circulation pump by operating a circulation pump motor in the circulation pump to accelerate and decelerate at least once while the washing motor rotates the drum at the first rotation speed in the first rotation direction.
METHOD OF OPERATING A WASHING MACHINE AND WASHING MACHINE
A washing machine has a rotatable drum and drum drive and a drum container for it, an inlet device to introduce water into the drum onto laundry therein, a pump and water pipes, several temperature sensors on the drum container, a heater for heating water and a washing machine controller connected to everything. Laundry in the drum is moistened with a defined quantity of water, wherein the moisture penetration varies depending on the fiber type of the laundry. Then a predefined quantity of water with a predefined temperature is applied to this laundry. The washing machine controller can deduce the fiber type of the laundry from the way how quickly and to what extent heat is extracted from this quantity of water.
CLOTHES TREATING APPARATUS
A clothes treating apparatus including: a cabinet; a tub provided in the cabinet and configured to collect wash water; a circulation device configured to circulate the wash water contained in the tub and including a circulation pump, a first circulation path to guide the wash water from the tub to the circulation pump, and a second circulation path to guide the wash water from the circulation pump to the tub so that the wash water circulates by flowing from the tub to the circulation pump through the first circulation path and flowing back to the tub from the circulation pump through the second circulation pat; and a detergent supply device configured to supply a detergent to the circulation device and including a detergent case, and a detergent pump connected to the detergent case and mounted on the first circulation path to supply the stored detergent through the first circulation path.
INTEGRATED WASHING-DRYING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to an integrated washing-drying machine and a method of controlling the same, the integrated washing-drying machine including a housing, a drying drum disposed at an upper side in the housing and configured to accommodate and dry laundry, a washing drum disposed at a lower side in the housing and configured to accommodate and wash laundry, a heat pump having an evaporator, a compressor, and a condenser and produce hot air for drying laundry and supply the hot air to the drying drum, and a cleaning means configured to clean the condenser by spraying cleaning water to the condenser. In this case, the cleaning means uses, as the cleaning water, at least any one of condensate water produced in the evaporator and washing water to be supplied to the washing drum. With this configuration, when the amount of condensate water is insufficient, the washing water is additionally supplied to clean the condenser cleanly.
Controller for a rinse water reuse system and methods of use
A water reuse system and controller for controlling water levels, temperature, and quality in the rinse water reuse system and methods of using the same, in order to optimize water usage. More particularly, the application pertains to a controller and methods of using the controller to regulate water levels and water quality in a water reuse system. As part of detailing the controller and methods of using the same, an apparatus for a water reuse system is also provided.
Method for controlling washing machine
A method of controlling a washing machine that includes a drum rotatably provided in a tub that receives water, at least one nozzle spraying water into the drum, a washing motor rotating the drum, and a circulation pump circulating water within the washing machine, the method including: operating the washing motor to rotate the drum in a first rotational direction while repeatedly alternating between an acceleration and a deceleration of the drum so that laundry in the drum alternates between maintaining contact with an inner surface of the drum during acceleration, and separates from the inner surface of the drum during deceleration; and operating a circulation pump motor in the circulation pump, while the drum rotates in the first rotational direction, to accelerate a pump speed of the circulation pump during the acceleration of the drum, and to decelerate the pump speed during deceleration of the drum.
Controlling water levels and detergent concentration in a wash cycle
Systems, apparatuses and methods for controlling the various phases and in particular in a wash cycle of a wash machine are provided. In particular, the present application relates to controlling the water levels and detergent composition concentrations in order to reduce the amount of water and composition required to provide improved soil removal. The systems, apparatuses and methods provided allow for the use of less water and lower quantities of more concentrated detergent compositions which are customized to the types of soil to be removed.
WASHING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A washing machine according to an aspect of the disclosure includes: a tub; a drum rotatably provided inside the tub; a heater configured to heat water; a circulating pump configured to circulate a part of the water stored in the tub; a water level sensor configured to sense a water level of water in the tub; and a controller configured to control the circulating pump to circulate the part of the water stored in the tub, and control revolutions per minute (rpm) of a motor of the circulating pump based on a water level of the water while the water stored in the tub circulates and the heater is driven.
WASHING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD OF WASHING MACHINE
A control method of a washing machine includes performing a first drum operation of supplying water by a first set amount together with a detergent into the tub and rotating the drum at a first drum rotation speed, while water is supplied performing a pump speed-change operation of accelerating the pump from a first pump rotation speed to a second pump rotation speed and then decelerating to the first pump rotation speed at least once during the first drum operation and performing a second drum operation of operating a heater to heat the water in the tub in a state in which the first set amount of water is supplied into the tub, rotating the drum at a second drum rotation speed during the operation of the heater, and performing a pump constant-speed operation of operating the pump at a third pump rotation speed during the second drum operation.
