WASHING MACHINE HAVING LOWER BALANCER
The present invention relates to a washing machine in which a lower balancer is assembled by using a fastening structure that connects an existing hub and tub base without an addition of a fastening member for fastening the lower balancer, thereby significantly reducing manufacturing process and manufacturing cost.
CLOTHING TREATMENT APPARATUS
Disclosed is a clothing treatment apparatus. The clothing treatment apparatus of the present disclosure includes: a tub; a drum extending in a cylindrical shape, capable of being opened upward, and rotatably disposed in the tub; a balancer fixed to an upper portion the drum, extending along a circumference of the drum, and providing a channel communicating with an inner space of the drum; and a chamber formed inside the balancer and extending along the balancer. The chamber includes a first chamber forming a lower portion of the chamber, and a second chamber forming an upper portion of the chamber. A width of the first chamber is greater than a width of the second chamber.
Laundry treatment apparatus and method for assembling the same
A laundry treatment apparatus includes a cabinet, a tub, a drum, a balancer, and a coupling part. The tub defines a tub opening, and the drum includes a body rotatably disposed in the tub and defines a drum opening configured to communicate with the tub opening. The balancer includes a housing having in a ring shape and defining a circulation passage configured to circulate fluid circulate along a circumference of the housing and a housing through-hole configured to communicate with the drum and tub openings. The balancer further includes a fastening part arranged along a circumferential surface of the housing and coupled to the body. The coupling part is disposed at an upper end of the body, coupled to the fastening part along an outer circumferential surface of the fastening part, and curved or bent toward a central of the housing.
Laundry treating appliance with dynamic balancer
A dynamic balancer device for mounting to and balancing a rotatable drum in a laundry treating appliance comprises an enclosed non-metal annular housing having a radial circumferential wall, an annular metal race within the non-metal annular housing disposed against the radial circumferential wall, and a mass disposed in the annular race and movable therein.
A COMPOSITE BALANCE RING AND WASHING MACHINE
The present disclosure discloses a composite balance ring and a washing machine. The balance ring is internally hollow to form a chamber. The chamber is horizontally provided with a partition plate which divides the chamber into upper and lower chambers. The upper and lower chambers communicate through an overflow structure and a backflow structure, and the chamber is filled with balancing liquid with a level close to the partition plate. During the dehydration process of the washing machine, the balancing liquid in the lower chamber overflows into the upper chamber by a low overflow speed through a narrow gap that forms the overflow structure, and the balancing liquid remaining in the lower chamber provided with a counterweight force in the inner tub, so that the increase of eccentric displacement of the inner tub due to eccentric flowing of the balancing liquid is avoided.
Balance Ring for a Washing Machine Appliance
A washing machine appliance includes a tub and a basket rotatably mounted within the tub. A balance ring is disposed on the basket. The balance ring includes a ring body defining an internal volume and a dilatant balancing fluid disposed within the internal volume of the ring body. The dilatant balancing fluid may distribute within the internal volume of the ring body in order to assist with reducing noise and vibration of the basket during rotation of the basket within the tub.
Laundry washing machine
A laundry washing machine having an outer casing, a washing tub, a rotatable drum and at least one balancing ring rigidly secured to the rotatable drum. The at least one balancing ring includes a substantially toroidal, annular housing that is rigidly secured to the drum, and has a tubular structure so as to delimit a closed annular inner cavity. A number of balancing masses are accommodated in movable manner inside the annular inner cavity, preferably together with a damping liquid. The annular housing has a substantially frustoconical outer wall segment that is inclined by an angle (β) lower than 90° with respect to the midplane (P) of the annular housing, and a peripheral supporting structure that juts out outwardly from the substantially frustoconical outer wall segment to stably abut against the body of the drum.
Laundry washing machine
A laundry washing machine having an outer casing, a washing tub, a rotatable drum and at least one balancing ring rigidly secured to the drum for reducing vibrations thereof. The balancing ring comprises an annular housing rigidly secured to the drum, an internal closed annular inner cavity, and balancing masses in free movable manner inside the annular inner cavity. The annular housing has first and second discrete and complementary annular hemishells that are joined to one another to form the annular inner cavity. The annular hemishells are substantially coplanar and concentric to one another, and have approximately C-shaped cross sections that are substantially complementary to one another. The hemishells are joined to one another along corresponding first and second mating annular rims, which are arranged on opposite sides of a given intermediate plane perpendicular to the central axis of the annular housing.
Intelligent washing machine and method for controlling ball balancer using the same
A laundry dewatering method using an intelligent washing machine is disclosed. A laundry dewatering method using an intelligent washing machine trains a ball balancer control model for acquiring first ball balancer control information related to position control in an inner tub of a ball balancer positioned in the inner tub, acquires first washing machine state information related to a dewatering operation of the washing machine, acquires the first ball balancer control information by inputting the first washing machine state information to the trained ball balancer control model, controls a position of the ball balancer in the inner tub on the basis of the acquired first ball balancer control information, and dewaters the laundry on the basis of the control result, thereby being able to reduce vibration and noise of the washing machine due to laundry that is non-uniformly received and dewatered in the inner tub.
BALANCING SYSTEM FOR A WASHING MACHINE
A balancing system for a washing machine and a method for operating a balancing system of a washing machine are described. A first controller is connected to a pump of at least one compartment system for controlling the pump, and the first controller is positioned on a drum. A second controller is configured to determine an imbalance of the drum when the drum is rotating and control activation or deactivation of the pump of the at least one compartment system via the first controller.
