METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COMPONENT FOR A WATER BEARING APPLIANCE AND COMPONENT OBTAINED WITH SUCH METHOD
A method for producing a component for a water bearing appliance. The method comprises the steps of: injecting from an injection point a not recycled first polymeric material into a cavity of a mould for a first time so that the not recycled first polymeric material reaches internal surfaces of the mould and injecting from the injection point, after said first time, a recycled second polymeric material into said mould.
COMPONENT FOR A WATER BEARING APPLIANCE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH COMPONENT
A component for a water bearing appliance, wherein the component comprises a first polymeric material and a second polymeric material. The first polymeric material constitutes the external surface of the component and completely covers the second polymeric material. The first polymeric material and the second polymeric material have different characteristics.
TUB ASSEMBLY AND WASHING MACHINE
Provided are a tub assembly and a washing machine. The tub assembly includes an outer tub, and a lining tub disposed in the outer tub fixedly connected to the outer tub. An inner wall of the outer tub is protected by means of the lining tub, thereby preventing the problem of bacteria breeding caused by an inner wall face of the outer tub and washing water being in contact for a long time, or the problem of mildew occurring due to the inner wall of the outer tub being in a damp environment for a long time. The washing effect of a washing machine can be effectively improved, thereby preventing health and hygiene problems, etc.
STRUCTURED GEOMETRY FOR A TUB REAR WALL OF A LAUNDRY APPLIANCE
A tub for a laundry appliance, includes a rear wall having a bearing hub for receiving a drive shaft. A plurality of inner radial walls extend from the bearing hub to a convergence wall. A circumferential wall extends concentrically about the bearing hub to engage one of the inner radial walls and the convergence wall. A plurality of outer diverging walls extends from the convergence wall to an outer edge of the rear wall.
Laundry treating appliance and tub assembly and method of forming
A laundry appliance for treating a load of laundry according to a cycle of operation comprises a cabinet and a tub assembly housed within the cabinet and comprising a front tub section, a rear tub section and at least one middle tub section provided between the front and rear tub sections.
Structural block for supporting a rotating drum within a laundry appliance
A laundry appliance includes a rotating drum that receives laundry to be treated. A motor rotates a drive shaft about a vertical axis and engages the rotating drum at a base. A coupler is disposed within an upper portion of the base and that rests upon the drive shaft to transfer rotational forces from the drive shaft to the drum. A lower portion of the base engages an outer surface of the shaft to resist moment forces that are exerted against the drive shaft in an off-axis direction relative to the vertical axis.
FLANGE STRUCTURE AT BOTTOM OF INNER TUB OF WASHING MACHINE AND A WASHING MACHINE
The present invention discloses a flange structure at a bottom of an inner tub of a washing machine, comprises a shaft joint portion locating at a center of the flange and an annular mounting portion which is fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner tub of the washing machine and is at an outer periphery of the shaft joint portion, and a plurality of connecting portions being provided between the mounting portion and the shaft joint portion. The connecting portions include a main rib extending from the mounting portion to the shaft joint portion, and a plurality of transverse ribs are arranged on both sides of the main rib along an extending direction of a main rib respectively in turn, and a filter portion is formed by the plurality of connecting portions cooperating together, which is a region between the mounting portion and the shaft joint portion.
Dual-drum washing machine
A double-drum washing machine comprises a first outer drum and a second outer drum which are respectively provided with a drum inside, wherein the second outer drum is provided with a connecting part which protrudes out of a surface of the second outer drum and which is molded integrally, the connecting part extends towards the first outer drum along a radial direction from the surface of the second outer drum, and an end part of the connecting part is in detachable connection with the first outer drum. Double drums of the double-drum washing machine are connected to be almost integrated, therefore, auxiliary fixed parts are reduced, and the connection between double drums is more stable, reliable and more compact, the vibration of the double-drum washing machine is effectively reduced during operation, the noise pollution of the double-drum washing machine is reduced, and additional counterweight is not required.
LAUNDRY TREATING APPLIANCE WITH TUB HAVING A FLEXIBLE PORTION
A vertical axis laundry treating appliance including a chassis defining a chassis interior, a tub disposed within the chassis interior and defining a tub interior, and a perforated wash basket disposed for rotation within the tub interior, wherein the tub includes a lower tub portion, an upper tub portion, and a flexible intermediate portion.
Laundry treating apparatus
A laundry treating apparatus includes: a drum defining a mounting slot and a lifter coupled to the mounting slot and disposed on an inner circumferential surface of the drum. A lifter frame includes: a frame base coupled to the inner circumferential surface; a frame upper plate; a frame sidewall that connects the frame upper plate to the frame base and that defines a lateral through-hole; and an insertion protrusion configured to be inserted into the mounting slot. The insertion protrusion includes a vertical portion that extends downward from a bottom surface of the frame base to the frame base and a catching portion that is curved from a lower end of the vertical portion toward an inside of the periphery of the frame base. A projection plane of the catching portion onto the frame base is positioned within a projection plane of the lateral through-hole onto the frame base.
