A clothes treating apparatus including: a cabinet; a tub provided in the cabinet and configured to collect wash water; a circulation device configured to circulate the wash water contained in the tub and including a circulation pump, a first circulation path to guide the wash water from the tub to the circulation pump, and a second circulation path to guide the wash water from the circulation pump to the tub so that the wash water circulates by flowing from the tub to the circulation pump through the first circulation path and flowing back to the tub from the circulation pump through the second circulation pat; and a detergent supply device configured to supply a detergent to the circulation device and including a detergent case, and a detergent pump connected to the detergent case and mounted on the first circulation path to supply the stored detergent through the first circulation path.

The household cleaning appliance includes a dispensing system that includes and can be operated as a non-bulk dispensing system or as a bulk dispensing system in a household cleaning appliance.

A laundry treating appliance includes a cabinet defining an interior and having an access opening to the interior, a treating chamber located within the interior and accessible through the access opening, a dispenser having a drawer with at least one chemistry container and a faucet, and a water supply fluidly coupled to the faucet.

Laundry treatment appliances for use in a typical household include a tub that has an opening to provide access to the interior and at least partially defines a treating chamber into which fabric items such as clothes, towels, or linens can be placed to undergo a washing operation. A system can be provided for recirculating wash liquid through the tub to reduce water consumption. At least one tank or reservoir and a coagulant dosing system can be included for the chemical treatment of wash water as part of the wash liquid recirculation system. The tank can also serve to separate coagulated solids from the wash water.

A laundry washing machine having a cabinet supporting a washing drum adapted to receive laundry, and a washing tub external to the washing drum, and a treating agents dispenser with one or more compartments adapted to be receive treating agents. A first one of the compartments has a predefined zone configured to receive a unit dose package having a pre-measured amount of treating agent incorporated into a water-soluble pouch. The machine has a valve configured to connect to a source of pressurized water, and a water conveying line fluidly connected to the valve and having one or more outlets. The entirety of the water conveying line is water tight except for the outlets. The outlets are configured to direct a respective pressurized flow of water therethrough. At least one outlet is configured to direct a first pressurized flow of water into the first compartment towards the predefined zone.

A laundry treatment appliance having a drawer adapted to slide within a drawer seat along a sliding direction. The drawer has: a handle forming the drawer front; at least one compartment adapted to contain multiple doses of at least one treatment agent; at least one channel associated with the at least one compartment for channeling water and at least one treatment agent dose of the at least one laundry treatment agent towards a mixing region of the drawer seat allowing a mixture between the water and the at least one treatment agent dose; and at least one pump actuation part having a suction side in fluid communication with the at least one compartment for drawing up the at least one treatment agent dose therefrom, and a delivery side in fluid communication with the at least one channel for delivering the at least one treatment agent dose thereto.

Disclosed is a laundry treating apparatus including a cabinet, a tub, a drum, and a detergent storage unit, wherein the detergent storage unit includes a detergent storage unit frame having an open top face and retracted into and extended from the cabinet through a opening, an locking bar disposed on the detergent storage unit frame and restricting an extension distance of the detergent storage unit extending from the cabinet, and a detergent cup accommodated in the detergent storage unit frame through the open top face of the detergent storage unit frame, wherein the detergent cup stores the detergent therein and includes a separation preventing protrusion protruding from a side wall, wherein upward deviation of the detergent cup from the detergent storage unit frame is restricted as the separation preventing protrusion is located below the locking bar.

A laundry washing machine having a cabinet, a washing tub housed inside the cabinet, a drum rotatably housed inside the cabinet, an electric additive treating device mounted in/on the drum and configured for treating a washing and/or rinsing additive loaded within the drum in such a way to generate within the drum a solution of washing and/or rinsing additive water. A method for operating such a laundry washing machine is also provided.

A dispenser box assembly for a laundry appliance that includes a dispenser housing and a lid. The dispenser housing includes one or more housing walls that define a main chamber. The lid is attached to the housing walls and includes an in-lid reservoir. The in-lid reservoir includes an inlet section that is arranged in fluid communication with water inlet ports in the dispenser housing and a diffuser section with an outlet that is arranged in fluid communication with the main chamber. An air port that is open to the atmosphere is arranged in fluid communication with the main chamber such that the main chamber is open to atmospheric pressure and produces a water pressure drop between the water inlet ports and a water outlet port at the bottom of the main chamber.

A cartridge for a laundry appliance includes an outer housing having an interior chamber therein. The outer housing includes a primary axis and a secondary axis that is perpendicular to the primary axis. A pump is contained within the outer housing that selectively delivers a laundry chemistry from the interior chamber to a dispensing outlet of the outer housing. The dispensing outlet is defined within a contoured edge of the outer housing and orients the dispensing outlet at an oblique angle with respect to the primary and secondary axes. A rotational drive is operated by an external actuator. The rotational drive is positioned within the outer housing and in operable communication with the pump. The rotational drive aligns with a drive aperture defined within a wall of the outer housing for receiving the external actuator.
