A method of operating a laundry treating appliance comprising a treating chamber located within a cabinet of the laundry treating appliance and accessible by an access opening, a bellows extending between the treating chamber and the access opening and a bulk treating chemistry dispenser having a dispenser outlet comprising at least two spray nozzles with a first spray nozzle configured to provide a spray toward the treating chamber and a second spray nozzle configured to provide a spray toward the bellows. The method comprises spraying a first liquid from the first spray nozzle toward the treating chamber and spraying a second liquid from the second spray nozzle toward the bellows.
Detergent supply device and laundry treating apparatus including the same
A detergent supply device includes a housing disposed to extend in one direction; a storage container frame withdrawably mounted in the housing; a first storage container and a second storage container in which different first and second laundry detergents are respectively stored, and mounted in parallel to each other in the storage container frame; and a laundry detergent pump provided at a rear portion of the housing to move each laundry detergent accommodated in the first and second storage containers toward the housing, wherein a laundry detergent passage is disposed on a lower surface of the housing to extend so as to move laundry detergent introduced thereinto toward a detergent input hole, and the laundry detergent passage is divided into different movement paths by a separation wall, and a laundry treating apparatus including the same.
WASHING MACHINE FLUID ADDITIVE DISPENSING SYSTEM
A washing machine appliance defines a mutually perpendicular vertical direction, lateral direction, and transverse direction. The washing machine appliance includes a cabinet and a top cover. A wash tub is mounted within the cabinet and a wash basket is mounted rotatably within the wash tub. The wash basket is accessible through an opening in the top cover. A bulk tank is mounted inside the top cover. The washing machine appliance further includes a dispensing pump spaced apart from the bulk tank and in fluid communication with the bulk tank. The dispensing pump is operable to draw a liquid additive from the bulk tank. The washing machine appliance also includes a dispenser box downstream of the dispensing pump and upstream of the wash tub.
Laundry treating appliance and dispenser
The disclosure relates to a laundry treating appliance having a dispenser assembly. The dispenser assembly includes a frame defining an opening, and at least one dispenser container mounted to the frame for movement between extended and retracted positions. A dispenser door is mounted to the frame for movement between closed and opened positions. The dispenser door closes the opening in the closed position and the dispenser door opens the opening in the opened position. The at least one dispenser container is operably coupled to the dispenser door such that movement of the dispenser door between the closed and opened positions effects a corresponding movement of the at least one dispenser container between the retracted and extended positions.
LAUNDRY TREATING APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to a laundry treating apparatus, including a tub provided inside a main body and a drum rotatably provided inside the tub; and a detergent supply apparatus provided to be inserted into or withdrawn from a front surface of the main body, and configured to supply laundry detergent to the tub, wherein the detergent supply apparatus includes a laundry detergent input pipe that allows laundry detergent being moved by the laundry detergent pump to pass through an upper portion of the wash water dispenser so as to flow into the housing through the wash water dispenser.
Laundry treating appliance having a user interface and methods of operating same
A laundry treating appliance includes a treating chamber provided for receiving laundry for treatment, a controller having a memory in which is stored a set of executable instructions including a set of cycles of operations. The laundry treating appliance also includes a user interface operably coupled with the controller and having a touchscreen configured to provide an input and output function for the controller.
Washing machine and control method of same
A washing machine of the present disclosure includes: a tub in which water is stored; a drum which is rotatably provided in the tub, and accommodates laundry; and a detergent supply device which supplies a liquid additive to the tub, wherein the detergent supply device includes: a cartridge which contains the additive; a pump which extracts the additive contained in the cartridge; an outlet flow path pipe which is connected to the cartridge, and through which the extracted additive flows toward the tub; and a flow path pipe sensor which is installed in the outlet flow path pipe, and detects an existence of the additive in the outlet flow path pipe.
GESTURE CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FLUID DISPENSING APPARATUS
An appliance, a controller, and a method for dispensing fluid are provided. The appliance including a fluid station configured to dispense water, cleaning agent, or a combination thereof, and a signal receiver device configured to receive signals from a user. A controller is operably coupled to the signal receiver device. The controller is configured to detect, via the signal receiver device, a gesture signal corresponding to a desired operating mode of the appliance, and command a function at the washing machine appliance based on the gesture signal.
Drawer and clothes treating machine including the same
A support member and a clothes treating machine having the same are described. A support member supports a dispenser assembly, in which a drawer is inserted, from a rear side. The support member is inserted through a rear surface of a housing. A support hollow portion is formed in one side of the support member facing the dispenser assembly. A rear protrusion of the dispenser assembly is inserted into the support hollow portion. With the configuration, a rear side of the dispenser assembly is supported by the support member. Therefore, the dispenser assembly can be stably supported. Also, a support rib portion extends from an outer circumference of the support member in a lengthwise direction. Accordingly, rigidity of the support member in the lengthwise direction can be reinforced. Therefore, the support rib portion can stably support the dispenser assembly.
