Method of controlling laundry treating apparatus
Disclosed herein is a method of controlling a laundry treating apparatus, if a user selects a uniform course, including performing a preheating operation of a heater to generate steam, performing a first cooling operation to operate a blower unit and a moving hanger after the preheating operation has been terminated, performing a steam operation to operate the blower unit and a steam unit and to circulate steam to a treating chamber after the first cooling operation has been terminated, performing a standby operation to operate the blower unit after the steam operation has been terminated, performing a second cooling operation to operate the blower unit after the standby operation has been terminated, and performing a drying operation to operate the blower unit and a heat pump unit and to provide heat to the treating chamber to dry the treating chamber after the second cooling operation has been terminated.
CLOTHES DRYING DEVICE AND HEAT SUPPLY METHOD THEREFOR
A clothes drying device, including an air channel, an air path switching assembly, multiple clothes drying apparatuses, and multiple heating apparatuses. The air path switching assembly includes a first multi-position switching component and a second multi-position switching component. The first multi-position switching component and the second multi-position switching component are respectively provided between a hot air input section and intermediate heat source sections and between a hot air output section and the intermediate heat source sections; the first multi-position switching component and the second multi-position switching component have the same number of switching positions and are configured to work in conjunction to each other so that at least one clothes drying apparatus is selectively communicated with the corresponding hot air input section, the hot air output section, and the intermediate heat source sections so as to form a circulation loop.
Fan assembly and washing machine having the same
The washing machine includes a cabinet, a drum installed inside the cabinet, and a fan assembly to guide heated air into the drum. A fan assembly includes a shroud provided with an air inlet hole, a hub rotated by a driving motor, a plurality of blades provided along a circumferential direction of the hub to guide the air introduced through the air inlet hole in the circumferential direction of the hub, and a scroll guiding the air guided in the circumferential direction of the hub into the drum. A partition wall prevents the air guided in the circumferential direction of the hub from being re-introduced into the air inlet hole. The blade includes a shroud contact portion in contact with the shroud and a hub contact portion in contact with the hub. An inflection point is formed between the shroud contact portion and the hub contact portion.
Laundry treatment apparatus
The present disclosure relates to a laundry treating apparatus including a cabinet having a laundry inlet defined in one surface thereof, a first chamber positioned inside the cabinet to accommodate laundry therein through the laundry inlet, a second chamber positioned underneath the first chamber to define a space separated from a space of the first chamber, a steamer disposed inside the second chamber to generate steam and supply the generated steam to the first chamber, a door pivotably coupled to the cabinet to open and close the laundry inlet, a door inner surface facing the first chamber among both surfaces of the door, a base plate coupled to the door inner surface, a first shaft disposed parallel to a width direction of the door, a second shaft disposed parallel to the first shaft, a first pressurizing plate pivotably coupled to the door inner surface or the base plate through the first shaft and disposed to face the base plate, wherein the first pressurizing plate mounts and pressurizes pants, and a second pressurizing plate pivotably coupled to the door inner surface or the base plate through the second shaft and disposed to face the first pressurizing plate.
DRYER AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME
A dryer including a drum; a heat pump including a compressor, evaporator, condenser, and electronic expansion valve; a user interface; a power module to control power supply to the compressor motor and the drum motor; a duct to receive air from the drum so that the received air flows in the duct to be heated by operation of an evaporator and condenser, and to discharge the heated air to the drum; a plurality of temperature sensors to detect temperature of the heat pump, the power module, and the duct; and a controller configured to identify a factor to be controlled from among a plurality of factors that may cause incomplete drying, based on at least one of output data from the plurality of temperature sensors and opening degree data of the electronic expansion valve, and control the user interface to output a notification of the identified factor to be controlled.
WASHING MACHINE WITH DRYING FUNCTION
A washing machine with drying function includes a cabinet having a laundry insertion hole; a tub having a front opening, and a back opening; a drum; and a heated air supplying device above the tub that includes an evaporator, a condenser, a heater, a heat exchange duct, an inlet, a supply duct, and a blower fan. Air from the back opening of the tub is introduced into the inlet duct and is guided by the inlet duct and received by the heat exchange duct and then passes through the heat exchange duct in a lateral direction of the tub. The air passed through the heat exchange duct is received by the supply duct and discharged by the supply duct toward a front side of the tub. The blower fan forms causes the air discharged from the supply duct to be supplied to the tub.
Filterless air-handling system for a heat pump laundry appliance
A laundry appliance includes a blower that directs process air along an airflow path. A condensing heat exchanger heats the process air to define heated process air. A drum receives the heated process air to dry laundry. A pump directs fluid along a fluid path. An evaporating heat exchanger cools the fluid to define a cooled fluid. A refrigerant circuit directs a refrigerant between the condensing and evaporating heat exchangers. A shower area in which the cooled fluid is showered through the heated process air after the heated process air exits the drum to wash particulate matter out of the heated process air. The pump directs the fluid towards the evaporating heat exchanger in order to cool the fluid, and directs the cooled fluid to the shower area.
Clothes care apparatus
Disclosed herein is a clothes care apparatus capable of performing clothes care using an airflow. The clothes care apparatus includes a main body including a clothes care compartment in which clothes is accommodated, a blower provided in the main body and configured to generate an airflow, a blowing flow path configured to guide the airflow supplied from the blower to the clothes, a plurality of nozzles disposed on the blowing flow path, each nozzle including an airflow outlet configured to discharge the airflow to an inside of the clothes care compartment, and at least one blocking member disposed on the blowing flow path to block an airflow supplied to the clothes care compartment.
