STEAM IRON AND SYNCHRONOUS ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM THEREOF
A synchronous adjustment mechanism for use in a steam iron includes an active module and a passive module. The active module is operable to adjust steam emission rate of the steam iron. The passive module is operable to adjust temperature of a soleplate of the steam iron. The active module and the passive module are cooperatively associated with each other, so that when the active module is operated to adjust the steam emission rate of the steam iron, the passive module is driven by the active module to synchronously adjust the temperature of the soleplate.
Clothes iron
A clothes iron including some or all of: a soleplate that narrows in a longitudinal direction and an at least partially enclosed aperture that extends in at least a transverse direction, for receiving at least a portion of a hand when in use; an interface configured to be connectable to and disconnectable from a fluid outlet external to the iron and a valve for enabling transfer of fluid from the fluid outlet to the iron via the interface while the interface is connected to the fluid outlet, and for inhibiting loss of fluid from the iron via the interface while the interface is disconnected from the fluid outlet; an aligning portion and an external aligning portion and one or more outlets to which the iron is connectable, wherein at least one of the outlets is configured to transfer fluid or electrical energy to the iron.
Iron with heat control display on handle
An iron includes: a housing; a handle attached to an upper portion of the housing; a sole plate attached to a lower portion of the housing; a heating element positioned within the housing to heat the sole plate; a controller operatively connected with the heating element to regulate heat produced by the heating element; and a display mounted on one of the housing and the handle, the display operatively connected with the controller, the display configured such that manipulation of the display selects a heat level associated with the sole plate.
STEAM IRON FOR CLOTHES
A steam iron for clothes comprising a heating set supported on an upper side of the set by a case with a handle on a top of the case and a rear support plane for resting the iron when not in use. The case embeds a reservoir provided with a re-load opening and comprises a cord to supply electricity to the iron by means of a main power supply. The case also includes a traditional power supply regulated by a typical thermostat. The heating set comprises three overlapping assembled portions: an intermediate portion defined as a heating body, an upper plate for hermetic closing and a lower ironing plate, with a set of ceramic resistors forming a heating plate between the heating body and the lower ironing plate.
Setting device and heating apparatus having the same
A setting device for a control shaft of a thermostat includes a first coupling piece, a second coupling piece, and a knob member. The first coupling piece is sleeved on the control shaft to permit the control shaft to rotate therewith. The second coupling piece is loosely sleeved on the control shaft and has two studs engaged respectively in two slots of the first coupling piece to permit the first coupling piece to rotate therewith. The knob member has two tongues fitted in two gaps in the second coupling piece to permit the second coupling piece to be rotated with the knob member, whereby a force applied to rotate the knob member can be accurately transmitted to the control shaft for adjusting a setting temperature of the thermostat.
ELECTRIC STEAM IRON
The present disclosure provides an electric steam iron, comprising: a housing provided with a water injection unit, the water injection unit being configured to injecting water; a heating unit comprising a heating shell and a heating element, a first chamber and a second chamber being set in the heating shell, the first chamber is configured for receiving water from the water injection unit; the heating shell is in the first chamber and heats the water in the first chamber to generate steam; the second chamber is connected with the first chamber to receive steam in the first chamber; a first lead-out hole is defined in a bottom of the first chamber; a cover is provided to cover a bottom of the heating shell a steam ironing plate, a steam channel is on the steam ironing plate, the steam channel being distributed on the steam ironing plate in a roundabout manner.
