ELECTRONIC HEAT TRANSFER LABEL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
An electronic heat transfer label includes a substrate. A pattern layer is printed on the substrate, and an adhesive is printed on the pattern layer to form a first adhesive layer. A chip is attached onto the first adhesive layer, and an adhesive is printed on the chip to form a second adhesive layer. The second adhesive layer covers the chip, and a hot-melt layer is arranged on the second adhesive layer. A method for preparing the electronic heat transfer label includes: S1: printing an ink on a substrate and drying the ink to form a pattern layer; S2: printing an adhesive on the pattern layer and drying to form a first adhesive layer; S3: attaching a chip onto the first adhesive layer; S4: printing an adhesive onto the first adhesive layer and the chip, and drying to form a second adhesive layer.
Arrangement for indicating an intended end of the period of use of a textile product
In an arrangement for indicating an intended end of a period of use of a textile product (1), the textile product (1) or a label (2) of the textile product (1) has an indicator field (3) which, in a first area (3a), has a first color that changes during the period of use of the textile product (1) and in the course of the associated washes. The indicator field (3) additionally has a second color in a second area (3b), wherein the wash-fastness of the first color is less than the wash-fastness of the second color, and the first color differs, in the delivery state, from the second color and, over a number of washes of the textile product (1), increasingly approximates to the second color.
SEW FREE INTERIOR WOVEN LABEL AND AUTOMATED APPLICATION
A method, system, and apparatus for a sew free seamless interior woven label application may be shown and described. Weaving fusible thermo-adhesive heat seal yarns may be applied to the fold backs of any woven label through an automated process. The woven labels with the fusible thermo-adhesive heat seal yarns may be affixed to the desired garments through an automated process by applying heat to the woven labels, thereby activating the fusible thermo-adhesive heat seal yarns, causing the woven label to become affixed to the desired garment. Such a method, system and apparatus can make the garment manufacturing process and woven label application process more efficient, eliminate waste, enhance visual appeal of the final garment product, and reduce manufacturing costs, among other advantages.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC CUTTING OF FABRIC
A method and relative system (1) for automatic cutting of fabric includes providing at least one piece (3) of fabric. The piece is marked with a marking (7) representative of at least two spatial points (8, 9) on the piece. The marking (7) is detected, and through the detected marking, the position and the orientation of the piece (3) with respect to a reference system (X, Y) is determined. Finally, the piece (3) is automatically cut as a function of the determined position and orientation.
Antenna for use in an RFID tag
An antenna for use in an RFID tag comprises an antenna yarn. The antenna yarn comprises metal fibers. The metal fibers are stainless steel fibers. The antenna yarn is wrapped by at least one wrapping yarn thereby covering the full surface of the antenna yarn or of the metal wire or of the bundle of metal wires. The at least one wrapping yarn comprises non-electrically conductive fibers.
