20210380821 · 2021-12-09 ·

Disclosed is a method for forming a sensory textile. The method includes: providing a conductive polymer, a dopant and a solvent; mixing the conductive polymer, dopant and solvent to form a mixture having a predetermined ratio of the conductive polymer and the dopant, and a predetermined concentration of the conductive polymer; contacting a fabric with the mixture to coat the fabric with the conductive polymer and dopant; and drying the coated fabric. Also disclosed is a sensory textile device that includes such a sensory textile, a conductive backing layer and a spacer layer disposed between the sensory textile and conductive backing layer.

Binder for carpet coating compositions

The object of the invention is the use of an aqueous dispersion of a vinylacetate-ethylene-copolymer and of at least one polyethylene imine as a binder in a carpet coating composition for the production of carpets.

Textiles having a protective function against abrasion and contact heat

The invention relates to a textile sheet product. According to the invention, said textile sheet product is characterized by a plurality of coating elements, which are arranged on a surface of a textile substrate layer of the sheet product in such a way that only part of the surface of the substrate layer is covered by the coating elements. The coating elements are made of a material that substantially is a mixture of a polymer material, preferably a prepolymer that can be crosslinked to form a thermoset, and a filler in the form of inorganic and/or metal particles. In a method according to the invention for producing a textile sheet product, a textile substrate layer and a coating material are provided. In order to form coating elements, a plurality of portions of the coating material are applied to a surface of the substrate layer. The portions of the coating material are arranged on the surface in such a way that the portions do not overlap, and only part of the surface of the substrate layer is covered by the coating material. Subsequently, the coating material is fixed, whereby a plurality of solid coating elements is formed on the substrate layer.

Leather-like fabric

A leather-like fabric has a feel of natural nubuck leather and a napped feel and air permeability of suede leather, as well as high wear resistance. The leather-like fabric includes a fibrous structure including ultrafine fibers having an average monofilament fineness of 0.0001 dtex or more and 0.5 dtex or less, at least one surface of the fibrous structure being napped, the napped surface having resin layers located discontinuously, and each of the resin layers containing two or more layers.

NONWOVEN ARTICLE

A nonwoven article includes a nonwoven substrate having from a lofty, open web of fibers formed through a needling process. The nonwoven substrate is coated with at least one coating to provide improved performance characteristics including loft, elongation, tensile strength, stiffness, pore size, permeability, fiber orientation index, and combinations thereof.
