20210323296 · 2021-10-21 · ·

A carrier material includes at least a first thermoplastic fiber layer and a second thermoplastic fiber layer. At least a part of the first thermoplastic fiber layer and/or the second thermoplastic fiber layer at at least one boundary of the carrier material is removed, to provide a first part of a form-fit connection. The carrier material can be used in bituminous roofing membranes, roofing underlayment sheets, carriers for filter media, primary backings for tufted carpets and (cushion) vinyl floor coverings.

The invention relates to a removable cover for a control unit which has input devices, in particular for a controller for gaming consoles or PCs, wherein the shape of the cover is precisely adapted to the shape of the control unit regions to be covered and the cover consists of a multilayer sheet material which has at least one textile outer cover layer and one elastic and moisture-absorbing layer. The elastic and moisture-absorbing layer is made of spacer mesh or woven fabric. In this matter, the cover according to the invention is improved with respect to comfort of use and in particular with respect to the moisture-absorbing effect in comparison to known covers, and the cover is also designed to be more user-friendly.

TEXTILE GROWTH MATRIX FOR CELLS

A engineered textile construction includes a first textile having a first average pore size forming a textile cell growth matrix in which the first textile is a woven or a knit construction, the textile cell growth matrix is configured to have a surface area sufficient to promote cell expansion and the first average pore size is preselected to prevent filling of the pores during cell expansion.
