SHEET MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The sheet material according to the present invention has a polymer elastic body and a fibrous base material comprising ultrafine fibers, wherein the average single fiber diameter of the ultrafine fibers is 0.1 .Math.m to 10.0 .Math.m, the polymer elastic body has a hydrophilic group and an N-acylurea bond and/or an isourea bond, and the following conditions are satisfied : the longitudinal stiffness, in accordance with method A (45° cantilever method) in the text of “8.21 Stiffness” of JIS L 1096:2010 “Testing Methods for Woven and Knitted Fabrics”, is 40 mm to 140 mm ; and after immersion for 24 hours in N,N-dimethylformamide, the following are obtained in wear testing using a pressing load of 12.0 kPa and 20,000 friction cycles in accordance with method E (Martindale method) in the text of “8.19 Wear Strength and Friction Discoloration” of JIS L 1096:2010 “Testing Methods for Woven and Knitted Fabrics”: a grade of at least 4 and a wear loss of not more than 25 mg.
SHEET MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a sheet-like article which has a good balance between soft texture and excellent light resistance; and a method for producing this sheet-like article. In order to achieve this purpose, a sheet-like article according to the present invention has the following configuration. Specifically, a sheet-like article which contains a polymer elastic body in a fibrous base material, wherein: the fibrous base material is composed of ultrafine fibers that have an average single fiber diameter of from 0.1 μm to 10 μm; the polymer elastic body has a hydrophilic group, while containing a polyether diol as a constituent; the polymer elastic body internally has an N-acylurea bond and/or an isourea bond; and the condition 1 and the condition 2 described below are satisfied. Condition 1: The bending resistance in the lengthwise direction as determined in accordance with specific standards is from 40 mm to 140 mm. Condition 2: The abrasion weight loss after 20,000 cycles of a Martindale abrasion test set forth in JIS L 1096 (2005) after a light resistance test as performed under the conditions defined in accordance with specific standards is 25 mg or less.
Artificial Leather and Production Method Therefor
Provided is an artificial leather that has texture (stiffness), a luxuriant feel (dispersibility of fiber bundles), and a slick feel (resin clusters of appropriate size) and can be used suitably as a seat cover material or interior design material for interiors, cars, airplanes, railway cars, etc. and garment accessory products. This artificial leather comprises a fiber sheet and a polyurethane resin and is characterized in that: the fiber sheet comprises at least a fiber layer (A) that forms a first outer surface of the artificial leather; the k-nearest neighbor distance proportion (k=9, radius r=20 μm) between cross-sections of single fibers configuring the fiber layer (A) in a thickness direction cross-section of the artificial leather is 10-80%; the cross-sectional polyurethane resin area ratio in a thickness direction cross-section of the fiber layer (A) is 10-30%; and the standard deviation of the cross-sectional polyurethane resin area ratio in a thickness direction cross-section of the fiber layer (A) is 25% or less.
LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE, AND A LIGHT-BLOCKING LAYER-EQUIPPED FIBER SHEET FOR USE IN LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE
A light-emitting display device includes: a light-emitting member; and a light-blocking layer-equipped fiber sheet that covers a light-emitting surface of the light-emitting member. The light-blocking layer-equipped fiber sheet includes a fiber sheet, and a light-blocking layer that is partially printed on at least one surface of the fiber sheet. The surface of the fiber sheet on which the light-blocking layer is formed has an arithmetic mean height Sa of 3 to 20 μm, as measured based on ISO 25178, and the fiber sheet has an apparent density of 0.5 g/cm.sup.3 or more.
METHOD FOR ATTACHING EMBLEM TO VEHICLE SEAT
According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method of attaching an emblem to a vehicle seat, the method including providing a seat and an emblem, the seat having an outer surface on which a coating layer is formed, removing the coating layer to correspond to an edge of the emblem, aligning the emblem with the seat to correspond to a portion in which the coating layer is removed, and attaching the emblem to the seat by pressing the emblem using a mold unit and applying a high-frequency current.
NAPPED ARTIFICIAL LEATHER
A napped artificial leather includes: a non-woven fabric that is art entangled body of ultrafine fibers, and an elastic polymer applied into the non-woven fabric; where the napped artificial leather has, on at least one side thereof, a napped surface formed by napping the ultrafine fibers. Each of the ultrafine fibers is art ultrafine fiber having a fineness of 0.5 dtex or less, and a tensile strength of 6 to 9 mN. A plurality of the ultrafine fibers form a fiber bundle, and the ultrafine fibers that form the fiber bundle are not constrained by the elastic polymer in a region of the napped artificial leather other than a surface layer portion. A content ratio of the elastic polymer is 16 to 40 mass %, and the napped artificial leather has an apparent density of 0.38 g/cm.sup.3 or more.

The present invention relates to an aqueous paste composition for textile coating, comprising: 1-60 parts by weight of at least one material having tensile modulus of at least 2000 MPa, 1-24 parts by weight of at least one antistatic agent, 16-60 parts by weight of at least one binder, and 50-200 parts by weight of water. The invention also relates to a process for producing a coated fabric, to a coated fabric as obtainable trough said process, and to a garment comprising it.
SUEDE TYPE ARTIFICIAL LEATHER WITH ANTIFOULING PROPERTY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
A suede type artificial leather having an antifouling property is provided. A polymeric elastomer is impregnated in a nonwoven fabric formed by three-dimensionally interlacing ultrafine fibers and raising is formed, wherein the polymeric elastomer is a fluorine-containing modified polyurethane, and the fluorine-containing modified polyurethane is obtained by a polymerization of a urethane prepolymer having isocyanate groups at terminals, obtained by reacting a diol and a diisocyanate, and a fluorinated carbon compound having hydroxy functional groups at both terminals. The fluorine-containing modified polyurethane has a weight average molecular weight of 500,000 to 800,000. The suede type artificial leather is prepared by using the fluorine-containing polyurethane elastomer.
NAPPED ARTIFICIAL LEATHER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Disclosed is a napped artificial leather napped including: a non-woven fabric that is an entangle body of ultrafine fibers; and an elastic polymer impregnated into the non-woven fabric, the napped artificial leather having, at least on one side thereof, a napped surface formed by napping the ultrafine fibers, wherein the ultrafine fibers contain 0.5 mass % or more of a pigment (A), the elastic polymer contains 0 to 0.01 mass % of a pigment (B), and the ultrafine fibers and the elastic polymer are undyed; the napped surface has a lightness L* value of 25 or less in a color coordinate space (L*a*b* color space); and a ratio of an area occupied by the elastic polymer, observed on the napped surface, to a total area of an area occupied by the ultrafine fibers and the area occupied by the elastic polymer is 0.5% or less.
Microfibrous product and the use thereof for the preparation of covers and cases
The invention refers to a process for the preparation of a microfibrous non-woven fabric based on polyester or polyamide microfibers immersed in a polyurethane matrix, and having a thickness equal to or less than 0.65 mm, a flat or slightly mottled appearance and a nap length of less than 350 μm. The non-woven fabric is used for the preparation of coverings for consumer goods, particularly for the preparation of covers and cases for electronic products.
