20220389256 · 2022-12-08 ·

A digital printed fabric includes a base cloth and a digital printing ink disposed on the base cloth, and a manufacturing method for the digital printing ink includes the following steps. A first thermal process including mixing a dye, a crosslinking agent, and a polyol is performed, such that a polymer dye is formed, in which a reaction temperature of the first thermal process is between 70° C. and 90° C. A second thermal process including mixing the polymer dye and an aqueous bridging agent is performed, such that a first mixture is formed, in which a reaction temperature of the second thermal process is between 90° C. and 120° C. A third thermal process including mixing the first mixture and a chain extender is performed, such that the digital printing ink is formed, in which a reaction temperature of the third thermal process is between 120° C. and 150° C.

Light-activated coating and materials

A polymer having a first monomer operatively connected to Rose Bengal, a second monomer, and a surfactant, wherein the surfactant is selected from the group consisting of ionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, zwitterionic surfactants, and mixtures thereof. The Rose Bengal in polymer in an amount effective for rendering the polymer antimicrobial or antiviral upon exposure of said polymer to light; and the polymer produces singlet oxygen from air in the presence of light. A substrate have these features is also included.

An aqueous inkjet ink composition is disclosed and includes a dye based polymeric dispersant, an aqueous organic solvent, at least one additive and water for inkjet printing specific patterns on various texture products. The dye based polymeric dispersant is present in an amount of from 2 to 30 percent by weight of the total weight of the inkjet ink composition, the aqueous organic solvent is 15 to 65 percent by weigh, and the at least one additive less than 2 percent by weigh. The dye based polymeric dispersant, the aqueous organic solvent and the at least one additive are dissolved or dispersed in water. The present invention does not easily clog at printerhead nozzles and gets rid of a great deal of industrial waste water and a tedious and complex post treatment of water cleaning, thereby scaling down the manufacturing apparatus for digital fabric.
