A fabric treatment agent that is used in textile printing with a sublimable color material includes a color-material scavenging compound having an Rf value of 0.7 or less according to paper chromatography performed under following conditions. In Procedure 1, cellulose filter paper is impregnated with a 10% solution of the color-material scavenging compound and then dried to prepare a carrier. In Procedure 2, a 0.1% solution of a sublimable color material in tetrahydrofuran is spotted on the carrier and then dried to prepare a development sample. In Procedure 3, the development sample is developed using acetonitrile as a solvent for 3 minutes at 25° C. In Procedure 4, the Rf value is calculated by a following formula:

[00001] R f = ( distance travelled by the sublimable color material ) ( distance travelled by acetonitrile ) .

Fiber dyeing method using mixed fluid medium
11560669 · 2023-01-24 · ·

The present invention relates to a waterless fiber dyeing method using a mixed fluid medium, in which supercritical carbon dioxide fluid medium is mixed with steam to form a mixed fluid medium, so that the waterless fiber dyeing effect to natural fibers is improved. The method of the invention can effectively modify the hydrophobic supercritical carbon dioxide fluid medium and improve the polarity thereof, thereby increasing the solubility of polar dye under the dyeing condition and simultaneously expanding the fiber. Thus, the present invention significantly improves the dyeability and dyeing behavior of the hydrophilic fibers in supercritical carbon dioxide fluids. The invention has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation and low energy consumption, and avoids consuming a large amount of water resources and discharging pollutants in the traditional process, and has the characteristics of environmentally friendly and high efficiency.

Method for producing colored embroidery pattern

Disclosed is a method for producing an embroidery pattern through stitching to a substrate, particularly a method for producing a colored embroidery pattern having color disposition corresponding to a complex shape or stitches, simply and at low cost. The method includes: forming an embroidery base pattern to a substrate by use of single-color embroidery thread; printing a transfer image on an intermediate recording medium having a total light transmittance Tt of 60% or higher by use of a sublimable disperse dye, the transfer image being used for dyeing the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern; superposing the transfer image on the embroidery base pattern, while the intermediate recording medium is positioned from the backside of a printed surface of the recording medium; and heat-pressing the intermediate recording medium from the backside of the recording medium, to thereby dye the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern.
