FABRIC TREATMENT AGENT, TEXTILE PRINTING INK SET, TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD, AND TEXTILE PRINTED FABRIC
A fabric treatment agent that is used in textile printing with a sublimable color material includes a color-material scavenging compound having an Rf value of 0.7 or less according to paper chromatography performed under following conditions. In Procedure 1, cellulose filter paper is impregnated with a 10% solution of the color-material scavenging compound and then dried to prepare a carrier. In Procedure 2, a 0.1% solution of a sublimable color material in tetrahydrofuran is spotted on the carrier and then dried to prepare a development sample. In Procedure 3, the development sample is developed using acetonitrile as a solvent for 3 minutes at 25° C. In Procedure 4, the Rf value is calculated by a following formula:
METHOD FOR PRODUCING DENIM-EFFECT GARMENTS
A method is disclosed for producing denim-effect garments by the following steps: 1) printing a reactive dye ink onto a PET film to form a pattern thereby obtaining a transfer printed PET film; 2) transfer printing a base pulp-treated fabric by attaching the transfer printed PET film thereby obtaining a denim-effect fabric; 3) cutting, sewing, washing to soften, and drying the denim-effect fabric and thereby obtaining a denim-effect garment. The method has the advantages of simple production, being environmentally friendly, having high efficiency, and being suitable for flexible fabrics, and the produced denim-effect garment of the invention has the advantages of having a good color fastness to rubbing, washing resistance, and having a diversity of patterns, and are suitable for large-scale production and application.

Encapsulated Amine Blocked Isocyanates
An aqueous dispersion of a capsule composed of a polymeric shell surrounding a core, the core containing an amine blocked isocyanate, the amine blocked isocyanate comprises at least two isocyanate groups blocked by a blocking group, the blocking groups are independently from each other represented by a secondary amine The aqueous dispersion is suitable as reactive binder chemistry in coatings and inks.
Ink jet textile printing method and ink set
An ink jet textile printing method includes recording by applying an ink composition containing a dye to a front surface of a fabric by an ink jet method and applying a liquid penetrant to the front surface or a rear surface of the fabric before or after the recording. The liquid penetrant includes a nitrogen compound having a boiling point of 230 to 260° C. and an alkyl polyol having a boiling point of 230 to 260° C. and does not substantially include alkyl polyols having a boiling point higher than 260° C.
Treatment Liquid Composition For Ink Jet Pigment Printing, Ink Set, And Recording Method
A treatment liquid composition for ink jet pigment printing is a treatment liquid composition which is used to be adhered to a cloth and which includes a block isocyanate compound, a hydroxyethyl cellulose, and a cationic compound.
IN-LINE DIGITAL PRINTING SYSTEM FOR TEXTILE MATERIALS
Compositions for and methods of digitally printing an ink image onto a woven textile material are provided. A base application is applied to the surface of a woven textile material, especially one comprising synthetic resin fibers prior to application of an ink image layer. The base application comprises an acrylic latex material that is formulated to be printed on with a digital ink while still wet, thereby eliminating the need for an intermediate drying cycle in between base application deposit and printing of the ink image.
TEXTILE PRINTING INK SET AND TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD
Provided are a textile printing ink set including a pretreatment liquid including a quaternary ammonium cation having a molecular weight of 3000 or less, and an ink composition including a water-insoluble dye, a dispersing agent, and water, wherein a content of the quaternary ammonium cation relative to a total amount of the pretreatment liquid is 5 mass % to 20 mass %; and a textile printing method.
DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING INKS HAVING ZERO VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUND SOLVENTS THEREIN
An ink, having a viscosity of 2.5 to 15 centipoise at 25° C., for textile printing includes pigment; a water dispersible anionic polymeric resin; a water soluble zero volatile organic compound solvent with a boiling point of 250° C. or greater; a crosslinking agent; and water. The water dispersible polymeric resin has particles with a median volume weighted size of less than 150 nm and a 95.sup.th percentile volume weighted size of less than 250 nm. The water dispersible polymeric resin has an acid number value of 5 to 40, a resin film elongation of 500 to 1200%, and a film tensile strength of 10 to 60 mPa.
Treatment Liquid Composition, Set Of Ink Jet Ink Composition And Treatment Liquid Composition, And Treatment Method
A treatment liquid composition contains a water-resistant agent selected from a polyamide epihalohydrin polymer and dimethylpyrazole-blocked isocyanate, and a polyamine compound.
