WATER-BASED WHITE PIGMENT INK FOR INK-JET RECORDING AND METHOD FOR FORMING AN IMAGE
A water-based white pigment ink for ink-jet recording includes a white pigment and water. The ink further includes a first binder that reacts with a cationic substance contained in a treatment agent applied to fabric to aggregate and a second binder having a lower reactivity with the cationic substance than the first binder.
PRODUCTION METHOD FOR GARMENT, DYED CLOTH, AND CHEMICAL AGENT
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for producing garments that use dyed cloth on which whiteness easily emerges due to heating by irradiation with laser or the like and which can be efficiently decolorized; dyed cloth used in production of decolorized garments; and a chemical agent used in decolorization of dyed cloth. [Solution] This production method for garments is characterized by using a heat treatment to decolorize garments which use dyed cloth containing an alkanolamine. The temperature of the heat treatment is preferably 160-180° C., and the heat treatment is more preferably a laser machining treatment.
Apparatus and method for pretreatment of printable fabrics
Disclosed is an apparatus for pretreatment of printable fabrics, comprising a washer/extractor; a control apparatus connected to the washer/extractor to control said washer/extractor; and a source of pretreatment chemicals to be added to the washer/extractor in a controlled manner by the control apparatus. Also disclosed are methods of pretreating fabrics using the disclosed apparatus.
Pretreatment for application onto finished cotton fabric
Disclosed is a process for printing on cotton fabric comprising (1) contacting cotton fabric with an aqueous solution comprising (A) 40% to 70% by weight of at least one multivalent cationic salt; (B) optionally 0.1% to 5% by weight of a blocked isocyanate crosslinking agent, and (C) 3% to 40% by weight of a waterborne resin, all percentages based on the weight of the aqueous solution; (2) drying the cotton fabric to remove the water from the cotton fabric; and (3) digitally printing the pretreated and coated cotton fabric with a water-based textile ink.
Method for producing printed matter
A method for producing printed matter is disclosed that includes applying a pretreatment liquid containing a resin and a pretreatment liquid containing a coagulant to a substrate, and after the applying of these pretreatment liquids, applying an aqueous inkjet ink to the substrate using an inkjet system.
Process of printing polyester
Disclosed is a process for printing on polyester fabric comprising (1) contacting polyester fabric with an aqueous solution comprising (A) 5% to 35% by weight of at least one multivalent cationic salt; (B) 0.1% to 5% by weight of a blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent, and (C) 3% to 40% by weight of a waterborne resin, all percentages based on the weight of the aqueous solution; (2) drying the polyester fabric to remove the water from the polyester fabric; and (3) digitally printing the pretreated and coated polyester fabric with a water-based textile ink.
