TEXTILE MATERIALS CONTAINING DYED POLYPHENYLENE SULFIDE FIBERS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A textile material comprises a plurality of yarns, the yarns containing an intimate blend of dyed polyphenylene sulfide fibers and cellulosic fibers. The dyed polyphenylene sulfide fibers comprising a disperse dye that is distributed substantially evenly across the cross-sectional area of the fibers. A method for dyeing textile materials containing polyphenylene sulfide fibers comprises the steps of (a) providing a textile material comprising yarns which contain an intimate blend of polyphenylene sulfide fibers and cellulosic fibers, (b) providing a dye liquor comprising a liquid medium and a disperse dye, (c) applying the dye liquor to the textile material, (d) heating the textile material under ambient atmosphere to a temperature sufficient to evaporate substantially all of the liquid medium from the textile material, and (e) heating the textile material under ambient atmosphere to a temperature of about 180° C. or more to fix the disperse dye to the polyphenylene sulfide fibers.
INKJET TEXTILE PRINTING INK
An ink contains an aqueous medium, coloring particles dispersing in the aqueous medium, and a cross-linking agent having a carbodiimide group. The coloring particles contain a specific vinyl resin and a specific salt compound containing a dye. The specific vinyl resin includes a specific repeating unit derived from a specific monomer having a carboxy group. The specific vinyl resin has an acid value of at least 50 mg KOH/g and no greater than 150 mg KOH/g. The specific vinyl resin has a glass transition point of at least 50° C. and no higher than 80° C. The ink does not contain a free resin dispersing or dissolving in the aqueous medium or has a percentage content of the free resin of greater than 0.00% by mass and no greater than 0.50% by mass.
Napped artificial leather dyed with cationic dye, and method for manufacturing the same
Disclosed is a napped artificial leather dyed with a cationic dye, including: a non-woven fabric of a cationic dyeable polyester fiber having a fineness of 0.07 to 0.9 dtex; and an elastic polymer provided inside the non-woven fabric, wherein the napped artificial leather has L* value≤50, a grade of color difference determined in an evaluation of color migration to PVC under a load 0.75 kg/cm at 50° C. for 16 hours, of 4 or more, a tear strength per mm of thickness of 30 N or more, and a peel strength of 3 kg/cm or more.
