ULTRA LOW THERMO FUSION PVC ALTERNATIVE PLASTISOL COATING AND TEXTILE PRINTING INK
The present invention relates to a novel PVC-free plastisol composition that cures at a temperature much lower than conventional plastisols. Also disclosed is a method of applying the composition.
Fluid sets
A fluid set can include an ink composition having a pH from pH 7 to pH 10 and a crosslinker composition having a basic pH from pH 8 to pH 10. The ink composition can include from 60 wt % to 90 wt % water, from 5 wt % to 30 wt % organic co-solvent, from 1 wt % to 6 wt % pigment, and a latex polymer including an aromatic (meth)acrylate moiety. The crosslinker composition can include from 70 wt % to 95 wt % water, from 1 wt % to 25 wt % organic co-solvent, and from 1 wt % to 10 wt % polycarbodiimide.
Ultra low thermo fusion PVC alternative plastisol coating and textile printing ink
The present invention relates to a novel PVC-free plastisol composition that cures at a temperature much lower than conventional plastisols. The plastisol composition includes an acrylate polymer; and a plasticizer mixture comprising at least three plasticizers selected from the group consisting of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3 pentanediol diisobutyrate, dioctyl terephthalate, dibutyl terephthalate, and benzyl butyl 1,2-cyclohexyldicarboxylate. Also disclosed is a method of applying the composition.
TEXTILE PRINTING
The present disclosure includes methods of printing on textiles. The method can include jetting an ink composition onto a fabric substrate. The ink composition can include water, organic co-solvent, pigment, and from 2 wt % to 15 wt % of a sulfonated polyester-polyurethane binder. The method can also include heating the fabric substrate having the ink composition printed thereon to a temperature from 120° C. to 200° C. for a period of 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

Method for dyeing artificial fibers
A method for dyeing artificial fibers comprises preparing an artificial fiber, and adding a dyestuff, a crosslinking agent, and an appropriate amount of water into a tank for mixture. Then, the artificial fiber is immersed in the tank to obtain a dyed artificial fiber, and the dyed artificial fiber is pressed by a roller set. Finally, the dyed artificial fiber is dried out.
