Reactive Disperse Yellow Dye for Supercritical CO2 Dyeing and Methods of Production and Use Thereof
A reactive disperse yellow dye is suitable for supercritical CO.sub.2 anhydrous dyeing. The reactive disperse yellow dye in has a parent of azo structure, and has monochlorometriazinyl groups thereon. The reactive disperse yellow dye can be used for supercritical CO.sub.2 anhydrous dyeing of cellulose fiber, protein fiber, chemical fiber and the blended fabrics thereof, and has good dyeing effect particularly for cotton-polyester blended products.
Aqueous dispersion of polymeric capsules
An aqueous dispersion of capsules including a resin having at least one repeating unit of formula I, II, and/or III and which is obtainable by contacting, in a liquid including water, a compound A including at least 2 functional groups selected from the functional groups —X—C(═O)—CHR1-C(═O)—R2, —X—C(═O)—C≡C—R2; or —X—C(═O)—CR1=CR2-NR11R12, with a compound B including at least two of —NH.sub.2, —NH.sub.3.sup.++, or —N═C═O. A method of producing the aqueous dispersion further relates to an aqueous ink jet ink including the resin capsules. ##STR00001##
Polyester composition with improved dyeing properties
A copolymer composition is disclosed with advantages for textile fibers, yarns, blended yarns, fabrics, and garments. The composition includes polyester copolymer, between about 9.5 and 10.5 percent adipic acid based on the amount of copolymer, between about 630 and 770 parts per million (ppm) of pentaerythritol based on the amount of copolymer, and between about 3.4 and 4.2 percent polyethylene glycol based on the amount of copolymer.
Method for Making Burnout Fabric
A method for making a burnout fabric includes: (1) pre-treating a greige fabric; (2) processing the pre-treated greige fabric with a burnout paste containing sulfuric acid, synthetic gum tragacanth, and sodium alginate; and (3) post-treating the greige fabric after the burnout treatment to obtain a burnout fabric. The method according to the present invention is simple in process, low in cost, and easy to implement, and the burnout fabric obtained thereby has an attractive and clear pattern, featuring a three-dimensional effect and a high quality.
PROCESS FOR THE ELABORATION OF A FORMULATION BASED ON POLYURETHANE AND THE MUCILAGE OF OPUNTIA FICUS-INDICA WITH APPLICATIONS IN THE MANUFACTURING OF SYNTHETIC SKIN-LIKE FLEXIBLE COATINGS
The present invention refers to a process for the elaboration of a formulation based on polyurethane and mucilage of Opuntia ficus-indica with applications in the manufacturing of synthetic skin-like flexible coatings, in combination with textile substrates such as polyester, cotton, polyester and cotton10 or, with polymers such as PVC, polyurethane, among others, independently of whether it is water-based or oil-based, so that the warp of the substrate allows the generation of rolls of the coating for multiple uses and applications such as tapestry, book cover or as a substitute for coating covers for different objects that require a coating providing an external protection; this formulation has multiple applications since it has the advantage of being biodegradable and it lowers the use of contaminating plastics that contaminate the environment

Plastisol based composition for blocking dye migration from dyed polyester fabric into the print
The present disclosure relates to a plastisol based composition for blocking dye migration from a dyed polyester blended cotton fabric or 100% polyester fabric into a print on the fabric, the print being done with a plastisol based color dye on the dyed fabric. The plastisol based composition of the present disclosure comprises an acrylic based resin devoid of vinyl chloride moiety, a plasticizer, an organic wetting agent, a formaldehyde free discharge agent and an extender. A process for printing fabrics using the plastisol based composition of the present disclosure is also disclosed.
AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF POLYMERIC CAPSULES
An aqueous dispersion of capsules including a resin having at least one repeating unit of formula I, II, and/or III and which is obtainable by contacting, in a liquid including water, a compound A including at least 2 functional groups selected from the functional groups XC(O)CHR1-C(O)R2, XC(O)CCR2; or XC(O)CR1CR2-NR11R12, with a compound B including at least two of NH.sub.2, NH.sub.3.sup.++, or NCO. A method of producing the aqueous dispersion further relates to an aqueous ink jet ink including the resin capsules.
