METHOD FOR DECOLORIZING POLYESTER FABRIC
A method for decolorizing a polyester fabric is provided, which includes: providing a dyed polyester fabric, in which a material of the dyed polyester fabric contains a dye and a water repellent; providing a composite solvent, in which the composite solvent includes propylene glycol methyl ether (PM) and acetic acid that are mixed together; and performing an extraction process, which includes using the composite solvent to wet the dyed polyester fabric and remove the dye and the water repellent from the material of the polyester fabric by extraction, so as to obtain a reduced polyester fabric.
METHOD FOR RECYCLING POLYESTER FABRIC
A method for recycling a polyester fabric is provided. The method includes providing a polyester fabric that is dyed and has dye and water repellent attached thereon, providing a composite solvent containing water and acetic acid mixed with each other, performing an extraction operation including infiltrating the polyester fabric with the composite solvent and extracting the dye and the water repellent, and carrying out a liquid state polycondensation reaction on the polyester fabric so that an intrinsic viscosity of the polyester fabric is increased and residual impurities of the polyester fabric are further removed.
RECYCLING METHOD OF POLYESTER COTTON BLENDED FABRIC
Provided is a recycling method of a polyester cotton blended fabric, including the following steps. A dye-containing polyester cotton blended fabric is put into an acidic aqueous solution containing an oxidizing agent for heating and soaking, so as to degrade the cotton in the polyester cotton blended fabric into powder, and decolorization is performed at the same time to remove the dye. After that, a polyester fabric and cotton powder are obtained by double filtration.
PRODUCTION METHOD FOR GARMENT, DYED CLOTH, AND CHEMICAL AGENT
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for producing garments that use dyed cloth on which whiteness easily emerges due to heating by irradiation with laser or the like and which can be efficiently decolorized; dyed cloth used in production of decolorized garments; and a chemical agent used in decolorization of dyed cloth. [Solution] This production method for garments is characterized by using a heat treatment to decolorize garments which use dyed cloth containing an alkanolamine. The temperature of the heat treatment is preferably 160-180° C., and the heat treatment is more preferably a laser machining treatment.
Compositions for oxidizing garments and related methods
The present invention relates generally to compositions and methods for oxidizing or discoloring garments, such as denim. Another aspect relates to providing a cost-effective and environmentally safe alternative to hazardous bleaching agents, such as potassium permanganate.
METHOD FOR DECOLORIZING POLYESTER AND METHOD FOR DEPOLYMERISING POLYESTER COMPRISING THE SAME
Provided is a method for decolorizing a polyester, the method including exposing adding a decoloring agent to the polyester and then contacting the polyester with superheated water vapor.
METHOD FOR DECOLORING OF A TEXTILE MATERIAL
The invention concerns a method for decoloring of a textile material, the method comprising the steps of: providing a textile material; providing an alkaline solution containing one or more anionic polyelectrolytes; treating the textile material in the alkaline solution during a treatment period; and recovering at least some of the textile material from the alkaline solution.
METHOD FOR DECOLORIZING POLYESTER FABRIC AND POLYESTER FABRIC
A method for decolorizing polyester fabric and a polyester fabric are provided. The method for decolorizing polyester fabric includes providing a dye-attached polyester fabric. The dye-attached polyester fabric is immersed in a first solution, obtaining a treated polyester fabric. The treated polyester fabric is immersed in a second solution, to obtain a decolorized polyester fabric. The first solution includes water, a first swelling agent and a solubility promoter. The second solution includes water, a second swelling agent, and an auxiliary swelling agent.
PROCESS AND PLANT FOR RECYCLING TEXTILES
A process of treatment of waste blend textiles comprising polyester fibers and cotton fibres depolymerizes polyester in a controlled environment to obtain treated textile comprising cotton staple fibers suitable to be recycled into cotton yarns.
