Fabric with enhanced response characteristics for laser finishing
A fabric has enhanced response characteristics for laser finishing. The fabric can be denim for denim apparel such as jeans. Software and lasers are used to finish apparel made of the fabric to produce a desired wear or distressing pattern or other design. The fabric allows for relatively fast color change in response to the laser, color changes in hue from indigo blue to white, many grayscale levels, and maintains strength and stretch properties. A method used to make the fabric includes spinning, dyeing, and weaving yarns in such a way to obtain the desired enhanced response characteristics for laser finishing.
EASILY SETTABLE STRETCH FABRICS INCLUDING LOW-MELT FIBER
The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60° C. to 200° C., being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.
METHOD OF DYEING KNITTED FABRICS, AND FABRIC AND VAMP FABRIC WITH PREDETERMINED COLOR USING THE SAME
A method of dyeing knitted fabrics and fabric and vamp fabric with predetermined color using the same are provided. The method includes steps of: providing a plain knitted fabric; entirely spray dyeing the fabric by dye liquor containing nano-particles through the printing and spraying process; executing a high temperature process or a steam process of a thermally drying process to the dyed knitted fabric so that the nano-particles can attach into the fabric of the knitted fabric, and forming the knitted fabric with the predetermined color after the knitted fabric is dyed. The fabric and the dyeing method provided can therefore reduce the production of sewage effectively.
Heating device and heating method
A heating device includes a holder, a receiver, a heating unit, a vertical mover, and circuitry. The holder holds a heating target object. The receiver removably holds the holder. The heating unit heats the heating target object. The vertical mover moves at least one of the receiver and the heating unit vertically relative to each other, between a non-contact heating position and a contact heating position. The circuitry causes the vertical mover to move the at least one of the receiver and the heating unit to the non-contact position, causes the heating unit to heat the heating target object in a non-contact state, causes the vertical mover to move the at least one of the receiver and the heating unit to the contact heating position, and causes the heating unit to heat the heating target object in a contact state.

Treatment Liquid Composition, Set Of Ink Jet Ink Composition And Treatment Liquid Composition, And Treatment Method
A treatment liquid composition according to the present disclosure includes a polyamide epihalohydrin polymer, and a quaternary ammonium salt polymer other than the polyamide epihalohydrin polymer.
Print processing apparatus, heating device, and print processing method
A print processing apparatus, a heating device, and a method of performing a printing process. The print processing apparatus includes a heating device including a heater, the heater performing at least one of contactless heating to heat a fabric in a state where the heater is not in contact with the fabric and contact heating to heat the fabric in a state where the heater is in contact with the fabric, and a memory to store a condition table retaining a condition in which whether the contactless heating is to be performed, whether the contact heating is to be performed, an order in which the contactless heating and the contact heating are performed, and a temperature and a length of time in at least one of the contactless heating and the contact heating to be performed are determined for each kind of the fabric.
PRINTER, HEATING DEVICE, AND PRINTING METHOD
A printer includes: a print engine configured to discharge ink onto a fabric to print the fabric; a heating device configured to heat the fabric under a prescribed treatment condition; and circuitry configured to: set a type of the fabric; and acquire the prescribed treatment condition from an external device connected to the printer. The prescribed treatment condition includes: a temperature at which the heating device heats the fabric; and a duration of time during which the heating device heats the fabric, and the prescribed treatment condition is set for each types of fabrics.
Method for producing colored embroidery pattern
Disclosed is a method for producing an embroidery pattern through stitching to a substrate, particularly a method for producing a colored embroidery pattern having color disposition corresponding to a complex shape or stitches, simply and at low cost. The method includes: forming an embroidery base pattern to a substrate by use of single-color embroidery thread; printing a transfer image on an intermediate recording medium having a total light transmittance Tt of 60% or higher by use of a sublimable disperse dye, the transfer image being used for dyeing the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern; superposing the transfer image on the embroidery base pattern, while the intermediate recording medium is positioned from the backside of a printed surface of the recording medium; and heat-pressing the intermediate recording medium from the backside of the recording medium, to thereby dye the embroidery thread of the embroidery base pattern.
Multifunctional continuous dyeing apparatus of warp chains for fabrics
A multifunctional continuous dyeing apparatus provided at a bottom with a main body within which are formed in a sequence, with reference to the feeding direction of the yarn, at least a first dyeing group for the yarn, provided with a respective first squeezing device of the yarn, an oxidation or diffusion/fixation group, placed downstream of the first dyeing group and arranged for the oxidation of the dyed yarn or for the diffusion/fixation of the dye in the fiber of the dyed yarn, and at least a second dyeing group of the yarn, arranged downstream of the oxidation or diffusion/fixation group and in turn provided with a respective second squeezing device of the yarn, where at least the first dyeing group, the first squeezing device, the oxidation or diffusion/fixation group and the second dyeing group are hermetically sealing enclosed by at least one covering case, integral at the top with the main body, and provided with a plurality of doors which are at least partially openable to perform the dyeing of the yarn in an environment exposed to air and which are reclosable to perform the dyeing of the yarn in an inert environment under nitrogen.
