This synthetic leather comprises a cloth (10), and a resin layer (20) laminated on the cloth (10). The cloth (10) is a tricot knitted fabric knitted with front yarn, middle yarn, and back yarn, and having a nap (12). The tricot knitted fabric has a cord stitch structure knitted with the front yarn, a denbigh stitch structure or cord stitch structure knitted with the middle yarn, and an inlay structure or cord stitch structure knitted with the back yarn. The nap (12) is formed by napping a sinker loop side of the tricot knitted fabric.
Sheared wool fleece and method for making sheared wool fleece utilizing yarn knitting
A method of making a pile fabric that closely resembles natural sheepskin fleece, that includes forming a yarn made with wool fibers and non-wool fibers and knitting the yarn to form a pile fabric and knitting a scrim to form a base, while simultaneously knitting the yarn and the scrim together, where the yarn is attached to and extends from the scrim to form a length of pile fabric having a fiber side with natural wool fibers and non-wool fibers and the scrim on an opposing side. The method includes finishing the pile fabric as natural sheepskin, including, polishing the fiber side of the pile fabric, and cutting the wool fibers to a designated length.
BARBED PROSTHETIC KNIT AND HERNIA REPAIR MESH MADE THEREFROM AS WELL AS PROCESS FOR MAKING SAID PROSTHETIC KNIT
The present invention relates to a prosthetic knit based on at least a first yarn of biocompatible polymer material defining first and second opposite and openwork faces, and on at least a second biocompatible and heat-fusible monofilament yarn, forming barbs that protrude outwards from at least said first face and are obtained by melting loops generated by said second yarn, the chart followed for the knitting of said first and second yarns on a warp knitting machine having three guide bars B1, B2, B3 being the following, according to the ISO 11676 standard:—Bar B1: 1.0/0.1//—Bar B2: 1.0/7.7/6.6/7.78—Bar B3: 2.1/5.5/3.4/0.0// said second yarn following the chart of bar B3. The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing such a knit.

The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing such a knit.
Method for producing textile products, products obtainable therefrom and method to reclaim the products
The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a laminated textile product comprising providing a first intermediate product comprising a primary backing having a front surface and a back surface, and yarns stitched into the primary backing, the yarns extending from the front surface of the backing material, feeding the intermediate product along a body having a heated surface, the back surface being pressed against the said heated surface, to at least partly melt the yarns present in the intermediate product to bond the yarns to the backing, wherein the part of the back surface that is pressed against the heated surface has a relative speed with respect to the heated surface, so as to provide a second intermediate product having a calendered back surface, providing a dimensionally stable carrier sheet or secondary backing, and connecting the second intermediate product to the carrier sheet by providing a hot melt adhesive between the calendered surface and the sheet, and pressing the sheet to the second intermediate product to form the textile product.

GARMENT
[Technical Problem] Provided is a garment having a soft and stretchable cloth, in which while the garment includes a windproof sheet, a napped fabric, and an outer fabric, increase in thickness of the cloth is prevented. [Solution to Problem] The garment includes a stretchable outer fabric, a lining fabric, and a windproof sheet disposed between the outer fabric and the lining fabric. The windproof sheet is an elastic film having a thickness of 13 μm or less and having windproof performance. The lining fabric includes a stretchable base fabric and a nap on the base fabric, and the nap has a length of pile of 4.0 mm or less.
ABSORBENT MATERIAL ON A NONWOVEN FABRIC BASIS
The invention relates to an absorbent material on a nonwoven fabric basis, consisting of a fibrous gauze preferably having a longitudinally oriented initial fiber position, which is solidified by mesh formation while obtaining a three-dimensional fiber order. Furthermore, a fiber pile layer having a mainly vertical fiber orientation is formed, wherein the fiber pile layer has largely preponderantly a loop shape in a manner avoiding fiber tear-out. The material is in particular suitable for being used as a paint roller covering or dye-feeding roller, i.e. for applying liquid substances onto surface structures.
HYBRID RAG
Disclosed herein is a hybrid rag. The hybrid rag includes: removal parts made of microfibers, and configured to remove even foreign materials in scratches; control parts disposed between the removal parts, and configured to provide slips while suppressing the close contact of the removal parts with a surface; and a base part coupled such that the removal parts and the control parts are alternately and successively disposed, and configured to hold the removal parts and the control parts; wherein the removal parts are configured such that the ends of the microfibers thereof are divided and spread upward; and wherein the control parts are configured such that the microfibers thereof are each twisted in one twisted unit in such a manner that each of the microfibers thereof is separated from the base part, is spirally raised and lowered, and is then combined with the base part.
Stabilization of looped fabric surfaces by fine-scale embossing
A fabric made of yarns interlooping with each other or passing through an inner layer at looping intervals. The fabric is embossed with a micro-pattern extending into the yarns or into a layer underneath the fabric. The micro-pattern contains a pre-defined pattern of a plurality of binding points attaching the yarns to the inner layer or to the added underlayer. This micro-pattern has an inter-point spacing between adjacent binding points that is less than the interlooping intervals. The fabric can also be embossed with a macro-pattern separate from and coarser than the micro-pattern. The macro-pattern establishes a desired aesthetic in the fabric, and the micro-pattern does not interfere with the desired aesthetic.
