The present disclosure relates to a spunbond nonwoven fabric for a base fabric for tile carpet which not only has excellent spinnability during the production of nonwoven fabric and improves tensile strength and tensile elongation, and has the effect of recycling waste such as polyester plastic, by using recycled polyester with optimized intrinsic viscosity, crystallization temperature, and number of foreign matters as a raw material, and a tile carpet using the same.

This invention relates to a washable multi-component floor mat. The floor mat contains a textile component and a base component. The textile component and the base component are attached to one another by at least one surface attraction means and at least one edge attachment means. The textile component is designed to be soiled, washed, and re-used, thereby providing ideal end-use applications in areas such as building entryways. The present invention eliminates the need to wash the base component of the floor mat which results in environmental, cost and labor conservation.
Low density attached polyurethane foams made using a combination of frothing and blowing methods
Textiles backed with a polyurethane cushion are produced by applying a layer of frothed polyurethane-forming mixture to a surface of the textile. The mixture contains both water and a physical blowing agent. The layer expands due to the action of the water and the physical blowing agent and cures to form an attached cushion having a density of 176 g/L or less.
FLOOR COVERING WITH UNIVERSAL BACKING AND METHODS OF MAKING AND RECYCLING
A dimensionally stable universal floor covering includes a tufted textile having stitches and a reinforcement layer operatively connected to the stitches to provide dimensional stability for the entire floor covering. The reinforcement layer is made of fibers that are initially contained within a composition of adhesive and fibers. Mixing of the adhesive/fibers composition and/or injection of compressed air, assists in preparing the adhesive and fiber composition to be in the preferred condition and position prior to the forming of the reinforcement layer. Multiple sources of pressure, including vacuum, are applied in a controlled manner for moving the adhesive and fiber composition to form a reinforcement layer of fibers that is operatively connected to the stitches and/or to form a layer of fibers and adhesive that is contained within the stitches. The universal floor covering is selectively cut and transported in a roll for installation, and it can be conveniently recycled if necessary.
SPUNBONDED NONWOVEN AND TILE CARPET USING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to a spunbond nonwoven fabric for a tile carpet base fabric which can manufacture tile carpets with excellent sound absorption performance and tuft withdraw force, including high-thickness nonwoven fabrics made of hollow fibers to which recycled polyester raw materials are applied, and a tile carpet using the same.
PRIMARY CARPET BACKING
A primary carpet backing including a structure of at least three layers, wherein a first layer and a third layer including a nonwoven layer of fibers, and wherein a second layer which includes a reinforcement layer of fibers and is located between the first and the third layer, wherein the nonwoven layer of fibers of the first layer has an air permeability of at most 8000 L/m.sup.2.Math.s and the nonwoven layer of fibers of the third layer has an air permeability of at least 1000 L/m.sup.2.Math.s measured according to ISO 9237:1995, wherein the nonwoven layer of fibers of the first layer has a lower air permeability as the nonwoven layer of fibers of the third layer.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL INTERLAYER COMPOSITE CARPET
A three-dimensional interlayer composite carpet that can be washed without deformation is provided in the present invention, which includes a surface layer, a three-dimensional interlayer, and an anti-slip layer. The three-dimensional interlayer is composed of an upper knitted fabric layer, a lower knitted fabric layer, and a composite filament connecting layer arranged vertically in the middle and connecting the upper layer and the lower layer. The three-dimensional interlayer composite carpet adopting a composite filament connecting structure of the present invention has strong supporting force and high extensibility, and can be repeatedly folded for more than 1000 times. The washing shrinkage of 10 washings does not exceed 2%, and the composite carpet will not be deformed under long-term squeezing, heat, and moisture.
