BLANKET
A blanket formed from a woven or knitted textile material. The textile material is an elongated tubular shell and a filler. The filler is a synthetic microfiber or a mixture of synthetic microfiber and natural microfiber.
MOISTURE TRANSFER YARN AND FABRIC
A moisture transfer yarn blend and fabric containing a selected of engineered shaped, lobed, deep grooved, channeled, hollow, sheath-core, bi-component polymer silver fibers and bi-component polymer fibers, optionally blended with cylinder or round fibers or natural fibers or a combination. The engineered shaped, lobed, channeled and deep grooved polymer fibers have indentations along the longitudinal side of the fibers. The deep grooved fibers have four to eight deep indentations along the longitudinal side of the fibers and containing grooves in the deepest portion of the indentation.
ANTIMICROBIAL AND ANTIBACTERIAL THERMAL-REGULATING FABRIC FOR USE IN GARMENTS, WITHIN GARMENTS AND IN OTHER OBJECTS
The present invention concerns the creating of a fabric made from a novel effective mixture of fibers having antimicrobial properties and fibers providing thermal-regulating properties, for use in the creation of garments and other items used to aid in the health and comfort of the body part and the individual using the fabric. In a preferred embodiment a fifty-fifty mixture of brand name fibers PurThread® having antimicrobial elements, including silver, and Outlast®, having thermal-regulating properties, is made and added to additional fibers having such properties as elasticity and durability and a fabric is woven at least in part therefrom. Some objects that can be created using the prescribed mixture are socks, gloves, body suits, support hosiery and other garments as well as face masks, bedding and wound coverings all helping to deter the setting in of microbes and the thermal-regulation of the body or body part therewithin.
Flame Resistant Knit Fabric
A flame resistant knit fabric containing a first weft yarn set and a second weft yarn set. The first yarn set contains first flame resistant yarns which contain flame resistant rayon fibers. The second weft yarn set contains second weft yarns. The knit fabric is knitted such that the first weft yarns are interlinked with one another by a plurality of knit stitches, the second weft yarns are interlinked with one another by a plurality of knit stitches, and the first weft yarns are not interlinked with the second weft yarns. A flame resistant support article containing the flame resistant knit fabric as well as methods for making the knit fabric and support article are also disclosed.

Puckering stretchable fabric
Elastic thread lines can extend along borders of puckering areas of a fabric. The thread lines can include elastic thread line sections of the thread lines passing through thread line intersections and segments of the thread lines between the intersections. The elastic thread lines can bias the puckering areas in multiple different non-parallel directions toward a puckered configuration. In the puckered configuration, the puckering areas can be gathered together to pucker the fabric. The fabric can be stitched together to form a product, such as a sleeping bag sack that is stretchable in multiple orthogonal directions by stretching the thread lines. Elastic thread line sections passing through intersections can be made more secure by forming thread line section patterns that increase numbers of thread line crossings at the intersections. Densities of thread lines in different directions can be selected to produce different amounts of gathering, and for security.
COVERED YARN MATERIAL FOR HEATING BLANKET FELT, COVERED YARN, AND WOVEN PRODUCT THEREOF
A covered yarn material for a heating blanket felt, a covered yarn, and a woven product thereof are provided. The covered yarn material includes a skin-layer material and a core-layer material, where the skin-layer material includes 20 wt % to 30 wt % of a powder melt mixture and 80 wt % to 70 wt % of a mixed-melt raw material; the core-layer material includes 100 wt % of a core-layer filament; the powder melt mixture is composed of the following components: 20 wt % of a carbon nanotube (CNT), 35 wt % of a graphite powder, 25 wt % of a copper powder, and 20 wt % of a jade ore powder; the mixed-melt raw material includes one or more from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyamide (PA) 6, PA66, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), liquid crystal polymer (LCP), and polycarbonate (PC); and the core-layer filament includes one or more from PET, PA66, PPS, and LCP.
Flame resistant textile
A flame resistant textile containing a plurality of warp yarns in a warp direction of the textile interwoven with a plurality of weft yarns in the weft direction approximately perpendicular to the warp direction. The warp yarns contain inherent FR polyester yarns having between about 1500 and 3500 ppm of a phosphorous based FR chemistry and the weft yarns contain polyester yarns. the textile contains more weft yarns by weight than warp yarns and wherein the FR textile contain about 1500 ppm or less of the phosphorous based FR chemistry.
ANTIBACTERIAL TEXTILE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
An antibacterial textile and a preparation method thereof are provided. The antibacterial textile provides advantages as followings: various sources for raw material ingredients; low cost and good antibacterial effect; safe and eco-friendly; simple in preparation method; and easy operation. Therefore, the present invention is widely applicable in industrial production.
BLANKET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
An example blanket includes: a yarn having a predefined length based on a target size of the blanket, wherein the yarn is interlaced to form the blanket, the yarn comprising: an outer layer comprising a first layer of fabric forming a tube, the outer layer having the predefined length and defining a fixed diameter of the tube and a fixed interior capacity of the tube based on the fixed diameter; and an inner layer comprising a second layer of fabric, having the predefined length and a width selected based on a target pressure to be applied over the target size of the blanket, wherein the inner layer is disposed in the tube to fill a portion of the fixed interior capacity of the tube.
