Device and method for producing a pulp web
The invention relates to a method and a device for drying a pulp web, with dewatering of the pulp web by pressing and the pulp web being guided directly on the press belt to a first transfer area for transfer of the pulp web to a transfer clothing and transfer of the pulp web in a second transfer area to a dryer. It is characterized in that the pulp web undergoes thermal drying between the first transfer area and the second transfer area. This enables production of a pulp web with improved quality characteristics and low energy consumption at the same time.

The present invention relates to a crescent former for producing tissue paper, the former comprising a forming section (A), a press section (B) and a drying section (C), wherein the crescent former further comprises a felt fabric (41) for carrying the stock from the forming nip (15) of the forming section (A) to the press nip (22) of the press section (B), and the felt fabric (41) being configured to carry the stock to the press nip (22) where the stock is transferred to the drying section (C), wherein further the felt fabric (41) is configured to be returned from the press nip (22) to the forming nip (15) in a return section (D) such that the felt fabric (41) forms an endless loop, wherein the return section (D) comprises a cleaning station (42), of which at least a part is arranged in a negative machine direction (-MD) in relation to a center line (R) of the forming roll (12).

A shoe press has a shoe on which a radial inner surface of a press jacket slides. In a method of operating the shoe press, lubricating fluid is introduced between the shoe and the press jacket for lubricating purposes. The press jacket has at least one polymer layer into which a reinforcing structure is integrated, the reinforcing structure including at least one reinforcing thread. The lubricating fluid, the at least one polymer layer, and/or the at least one reinforcing thread is/are designed such that the lubricating fluid reaches the at least one reinforcing thread of the reinforcing structure and produces a color change in same in the event the polymer layer breaks. There is also described a shoe press, the inclusion of a press jacket in such a shoe press, and a machine with such a shoe press.

The invention relates to a roller for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper web including a rotationally symmetrical base body which is rotatable about a longitudinal axis and has a shell surface on which there are arranged at least two elastically deformable and/or deflectable ring-shaped lamellas which extend away from the shell surface in the radial direction and which surround the base body in the circumferential direction, wherein the lamellas are arranged at least in sections at an angle relative to a center plane of the roller aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the roller, thus forming an angle of inclination.

The invention relates to a roller for producing a fibrous web, in particular a paper web including a rotationally symmetrical base body which is rotatable about a longitudinal axis and has a shell surface on which there are arranged at least two elastically deformable and/or deflectable ring-shaped lamellas which extend away from the shell surface in the radial direction and which surround the base body in the circumferential direction, wherein the lamellas are arranged at least in sections at an angle relative to a center plane of the roller aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the roller, thus forming an angle of inclination.
Method for dewatering a web comprising microfibrillated cellulose and a film produced from the dewatered web
The present invention relates to a method for dewatering a web comprising microfibrillated cellulose, wherein the method comprises the steps of: providing a suspension comprising between 50 weight-% to 100 weight-% of microfibrillated cellulose based on total dry weight, forming a fibrous web of said suspension on a support wherein said web has a dry content of 1-25% by weight, applying a dewatering felt into direct contact with the fibrous web, conducting said fibrous web, arranged between said dewatering felt and said substrate, through a pressing equipment. The invention further relates to a film produced from said method.
