Method of forming a three-layer board web and a forming section of forming a three-layer board web
The invention relates to a method for forming a three-layer board web, preferably a folding box board (FBB) or a solid bleached (sulfate) board (SBS), in a forming section (300) comprising a multilayer headbox (100) and a forming unit (200). In the method the layers of the three-layer board web are first formed of pulp suspension in the multilayer headbox (100) and fed to only one forming unit (200), a gap former where the pulp suspension from the multilayer headbox is fed to a gap between lower and upper wires for water removal and for joining the layers of the three-layer board web and where water is first removed by a non-pulsating forming shoe (37, 39).

PAPER-SPECIFIC MOISTURE CONTROL IN A TRAVELING PAPER WEB
A network-based system and method for providing desired moisture set point values for individual papers lines based on the physical properties of each liner and the atmospheric conditions associated with a corrugator is disclosed. The desired moisture set point values are based on the hygroexpansivity of each individual paper liner. Once the moisture set point value has been determined, a conditioning apparatus adjusts a moisture value for each liner in order to tune the post-warp characteristics of the final corrugated product.

Method for producing multi-layer paper
A method for producing dried multilayer paper is provided comprising dewatering a first aqueous fibrous suspension, thereby creating a first fibrous web; dewatering a second aqueous fibrous suspension, thereby creating a second fibrous web; spraying one or more of a first fibrous web and a second fibrous web with a spray solution or spray suspension, thereby producing at least one sprayed fibrous web; assembling the first fibrous web with the second fibrous web; dehydrating the resulting layer compound by pressing; then dehydrating by supplying heat, which creates the dried multilayer paper. The spray solution or spray suspension contains water and at least one water-soluble polymer P. The polymer P is obtained by polymerizing: 40 to 85 mol % of a monomer of Formula I ##STR00001##
in which R.sup.1=H or C.sub.1-C.sub.6-Alkyl; and 15 to 60 mol % of one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers.

Deckle board system with a boundary layer shower and method
A system comprising: one or more deckle board that extend along a machine direction of a paper machine, and a boundary layer shower that is located proximate to each of the one or more deckle board systems and directs a fluid unto a stock side face of the one or more deckle boards so that a boundary layer of fluid is formed between the one or more deckle boards and stock.
Creped fibrous structures
Creped fibrous structures having pillows and knuckles, wherein the creped fibrous structures may exhibit improved knuckle properties, such as Knuckle Roughness Ra, Knuckle Roughness Rq, and Knuckle Creping Frequency and methods for making same are provided, and/or may comprise elongate knuckles comprising discrete pillows and/or elongate pillows between first and second elongate knuckles.
