ABSORBENT TISSUE PAPER PRODUCT, METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
The present disclosure relates to an absorbent tissue paper product comprising one ply being an essentially continuous ply of fibrous structure having a first side and a second side, the first side having a surface roughness arithmetical mean height (Sa1), and said second side having a surface roughness arithmetical mean height (Sa2). Said ply has a micro-embossed structure and a difference between the surface roughness arithmetical mean heights of the first side and the second side is 7 μm or less (|Sa1−Sa2|≤7 μm), and said ply having a bulk of at least 7.5 cm3/g. The disclosure also relates to a method and an apparatus for producing such an absorbent tissue paper product.
Toilet tissue comprising a dynamic surface
Toilet tissue having a dynamic surface comprising a surface material that overlays a textured web material such that the toilet tissue exhibits one or more novel properties and method for making same are provided.
Fibrous structure-containing articles that exhibit consumer relevant properties
Articles, such as sanitary tissue products, including fibrous structures, and more particularly articles including fibrous structures having a plurality of fibrous elements wherein the article exhibits differential cellulose content throughout the thickness of the article and methods for making same are provided.
Active agent-containing articles that exhibit consumer acceptable article in-use properties
Active agent-containing articles, for example fibrous structures, that exhibit consumer acceptable article in-use properties, such as article peel strength, flexibility, article dimensions, and/or dissolvability, and methods for making same are provided.
Tissue paper and method of evaluating the same
To provide tissue paper excellent in softness and smoothness. In tissue paper that is two-ply non-moisturizing tissue paper to which no chemical solution is applied, a basis weight per sheet is 10.0 to 18.0 g/m.sup.2, the thickness of two plies is 100 to 240 μm, a dry tensile strength in the paper horizontal direction is 70 to 180 cN/25 mm, a wet tensile strength in the paper horizontal direction is 25 to 55 cN/25 mm, and a free sensory evaluation value E.sub.f calculated according to the following Equation 1 is 3.7 to 6.6, and a slip sensory evaluation value E.sub.s calculated according to the following Equation 2 is 5.0 to 8.2.
Free sensory evaluation value E.sub.f=−2.879×(dry tensile strength in paper horizontal direction)+6.55×(wet tensile strength in paper horizontal direction)+5.36 (Equation 1)
Slip sensory evaluation value E.sub.s=−8.80×(dynamic friction coefficient)−0.41×(arithmetic mean surface roughness)+13.58 (Equation 2)
TISSUE PAPER AND TISSUE PAPER PRODUCT
To provide a three-ply or four-ply tissue paper that reduces a sticky feeling of an outer surface while securing necessary softness, and a method for manufacturing the same.
A tissue paper including three stacked plies or four stacked plies, wherein each ply contains an aqueous moisturizer exhibiting hygroscopicity, and the content of the aqueous moisturizer between the plies is set such that the dry moisturizer content percentage of each ply is within a range of 92.0 to 108.0 when the dry moisturizer content percentage of a product is 100.
Pre-moistened fibrous structures exhibiting increased capacity
Pre-moistened fibrous structures containing filaments and solid additives, wherein the fibrous structures exhibit capacity values that are superior to known pre-moistened fibrous structures as measured according to the Capacity Test Method described herein and methods for making same are provided.
Paper tissue with high bulk and low lint
A tissue paper product is provided having at least one ultra-low density ply having a highly porous, open-celled structure and that comprises cellulosic fibers, a water insoluble binder and a foaming surfactant. The cellulosic fiber comprises greater than 50% by weight of the ply and are bonded to one another by hydrogen bonding. Further, the ply has a density less than about 0.04 g/cc and yet still provides low lint and high strength properties with the use of minimal binder. The ultra-low density ply may comprise or be included in sheets forming a stack of dispensable wipers or may be employed as or part of an absorbent core or liquid distribution layer of a personal care absorbent personal care product such as a diaper or feminine pad.
ANTIBACTERIAL AND WATER-DISINTEGRABLE TOILET PAPER AND TOILET ROLL
To provide an antibacterial and water-disintegrable toilet paper.
A toilet paper includes three or four sheet layers. Each sheet has a basis weight of 12.0 to 16.0 g/m.sup.2.
Each sheet has a paper thickness of 80 to 140 μm. At least one pair of adjacent sheets are bonded to each other at a large number of bonding points with an adhesive 10. The adhesive 10 is polyvinyl alcohol, and contains benzalkonium chloride.
